Very helpful staff and very polite. I recommend it very, very highly. I will stay there again if my travels bring me back to Copenhagen. The hotel is very clean and it was a spacious room. I was very pleased with everything I experienced at the Tivoli.

I really love this Hotel. The service is great, the staff are lovely, everyone speaks flawless English and the have a great "sticks and sushi" restaurant and bar on the top floor. I visited this week and asked for a pretty room - I was given a themed room which was just magical.
