This hotel's slogan is "All you need to sleep" and that's exactly what it provides. The name "cabinn" reflects the look of the hotel. Very narrow corridors leading to very narrow rooms styled as ship cabins. Not recommended for claustrophobia sufferers. Also, if you are rather large, you will find the single bed a tad too narrow for comfort —... More

We were booked this hotel by a friend. We checked in past midnight and were shocked to see the room. It definitely ranks as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I cannot believe that two people are supposed to stay in a hole of this size and get any sleep. Here is a list of what was wrong:... More

Couldn't understand why this place was rated low, but it was awesome! Great price, lovely architecture, cute clean rooms, great ambience, loved the breakfast, close to the airport, everything smelled so fresh, love Copenhagen!

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel was efficient and clean, but quite basic. The bed was a little hard. It was very quiet a night. The staff where friendly and breakfast was OK. The location near the airport is good. I think this hotel is good value for money. I would stay here for... More

Dear mrcheddar, Thank you for your review. We are allways exited to read, how our guests are expieriencing our concept. This is the first time, we were compared to a government building - though I was sensing a bit ironi :-) The CABINN concept is so simple, that it is hard to understand. We are not trying hard to prove... More

A small room practical rather than luxurious Rooms feature bunk beds if you are 2 but dont think at my age climbing 2 meetres up to the top bunk is on However near to metro 2 stops from the airport and by Scandinavian prices great value including breakfast buffet Reminds me of student accomodation at University without the noise

Dear witsend18, Thank you for your review and for your significant line "practical rather than luxurious". This line describes our changed way of thinking very well - so to say; we have become more minimalist in every sense. The CABINN concept is simple, affordable, easy and covers your most basic needs. We do also have rooms with twin beds, which... More

When the website mentioned Cabin Metro as basic, I did not realize it would actually give us a chicken coop with a bunk bed. The bathroom was a joke and we burst out laughing when we saw it. The plus point is that it's situated 700 metres from the Ørestad Train Station, while Copenhagen Kastrup Airport is 5 km away.

Dear mahuya, Thank you for your review, we appreciate all opinions. Copenhagen is in the top 5 most expensive cities in the world - nevertheless CABINN can offer reasonable prices on the best addresses of Copenhagen because of the genius concept. Small and functional rooms, where you have everything you need, if not more. We also have rooms with twin... More

Recently stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a commodore room which is slightly bigger than the economy. The bathroom is an ingenious use of a small space, with the area being converted into a type of wetroom by pulling a curtain around to use the shower. Everything was very clean. There was a kettle in the room... More

Brian, at the Reception was really very kind! The rooms are small, but clean. The position is far from the center, but if you have to go there it's ok. Sometimes it was a bit noisy at night. Very close to the metro and train station. Price ok.

Was only a bunk bed room but very compact and tbh not that cheap but was all I could find at the time it was clean had wifi I slept well n it's close to transport n airport I'd not rush back but as I say it serves a purpose perhaps other rooms may be better

Dear Sparxta, Thank you for your kind comments. We do indeed have rooms/cabinns with twin-beds instead of bunk beds. As you correctly formulated it: "it serves a purpose" - for anyone who prefers all they need to sleep, and the rest of the money and time can be spent on business, attractions etc. We are very aware of our minimalist... Dear Tom A, thank you very much for your opinion, which we appreciate a lot. Our rooms which we call cabinns, are inspired by cabinns on a ship, from where the whole idea to the CABINN concept came. The owner was on a cruise trip with his family, and wondered, "what if I could use this functionality on the most... More
