Quite close to central Copenhagen. Nice service-minded staff, especially at the reception. Somewhat small rooms, but clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast selection OK. During our stay, in connection with a bigger conference, a bit chaotic atmoshere, when all had breakfast at approximately the same time.

This is a nice hotel, very organized and clean, lacking nothing for a business trip. Food was nice for breakfast. Good stable internet connection. Right near the centre of town with loads of parking. I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel on a budget which is still a reasonable walk to the train station and local buses to the centre of the city. The rooms are in excellent condition and very clean. Although they are very basic pretty much for sleeping and that's about it (the city has a lot to offer). I wouldn't recommend the... More

Did not like the place, the room we stayed in had no fridge. Just after midnight on our first night our toilet stopped flushing, since the room didn't have any phone I had to dress up and walk outside - in the middle of the night! Even though I love to walk, it is far from everything

The curtains are too small and thin letting the daylight going through and at 7 am in the morning, the bedroom is so bright...awaken by the daylight. Besides, the mades made so much noise eaŕly in the morning....hard to get a good sleep there. The hotel is clean and modern though

I spent two disappointing nights in the wakeup CPH. The hotel is rather new and on the face of it promises budget comfortable accommodation well located around 12 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms are quite small but OK enough. Very basic facilities made to look trendy. The restaurant is only open for breakfast (but you can walk... More

Dear smotters, Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you had some loud neighbors. In our standard category many of the rooms has a connecting door. You are always welcome to request a room without a connecting door, but this is only a request. If you wish to come back you can book... More

There seems to be a simple concept behind the Wakeup hotel – to look very swish while keeping the content to a minimum. This makes it a bit like a Travel Lodge but with great design and even less content. However, in a city where hotel prices can reduce you to tears, it offers a way to have a nice... More

Dear Peter M, Thank you for your review of our hotel. We hope you like our concept even though at lot of things is "missing" in the room. We are only a 2 star hotel so we do not have all those extra facilities in the room, and therefore we are able to sell the rooms to a very low... More

With a bit more attention to detail the wakeup hotels could be on to a winner. Very low cost and rated 2 star this went below my company's radar and in fact I gave it a try due to a colleague saying its new so worth a go. Well, the room is the width of bed and very compact. Perfect... More

first hand we had to accepot their way of earning money - they try a minimum of staff, which means, better use the electronic art of checking in or decide for waiting time at the counter. Well, to us theses aspects were known and we decided for this place due to the short way into the Convention Center of the... More

I have stayed in couple of hotels in Copenhagen during last few years and this is by far the best one. Location, condition of the rooms (although they are verity small) and price are excellent. I would say that breakfast was way overpriced and the choice was quite limited. Never-less, I would definitely stay here again.
