Being a Dane and lover of luxury hotels I decided to try the new small luxury hotel in Copenhagen. Nimb is a new unique concept. Only 13 rooms, view of Tivoli garden, own dairy (try their chocolate - best in the world) , michelin restaurant, bar and wonderful personal service. All together makes this experience very unique and worth every... more

This intimate, 13-room hotel is exceptional. First, the location: overlooking Tivoli Gardens, in the heart of Copenhagen, directly across from the Central Train Station - the location cannot be matched. Tivoli has numerous restaurants (recommend Faergekroen Bryghus) to suit every taste; wonderful local shops; plus live entertainment of dancers, singers and bands. Our room overlooked all this activity and yet... more

We just returned from a weekend in Copenhagen to attend a concert and we decided to spoil ourselves by booking the romance package at the Nimb. It is worth every kroner. We arrived Saturday just after noon and our room was already prepared. The very friendly woman at the front desk escorted us upstairs and showed us around our room.... more

This hotel is a brilliant addition to the rather uninspiring choice of hotels in Copenhagen. It is the former Moorish Bazaar building in the Tivoli Gardens, utiltarian to look at from the street but magical from the Gardens with its whimsical minarets and of course fabulously lit at night. Added benefit is free entry to the Gardens. The rooms are... more

We had the good fortune of staying here twice, and were given different rooms on both occasions. The short story is- this is one of the best (and certainly most unique) hotels we have ever stayed in. The overall feel is more like you're staying at an eccentric wealthy relative's summer manse than a luxury hotel. Our first room was... more

It’s all about the food at the Nimb. This new Copenhagen hotel is housed in a dramatically-restored building with two restaurants, two bars, a dairy, a food store and a hot dog stand. And that explains the quirky charms of the hotel: it’s not really a hotel with great food, it’s a great gastronomic space that has become a hotel,... more

This interesting property overlooks the central tivoli gardens; on the weekends that means bands and horses and carriages marching in the afternoon right underneath your window and it a wonderfully festive feeling to be overlooking the gardens and to be able to use your room key to walk through them at all open hours. Great place to bring the kids... more

This is a small luxurious boutique hotel backing onto Tivoli gardens appearing Taj Mahalesque. We booked directly (getting a great deal compared to the usual rack rate) and speciifically selected a room (there are only 13). All rooms have their own fire places and the furnishings were very comfortable. The rooms still looked brand new. The only minor negative was... more
