This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in Denmark. A manor house in quiet, scenic surroundings, with rooms of excellent quality. There is a small, but good beach for swinning a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The hosts helped us with dinner reservations at nearby Hotel Saxkjøbing, and even offered us a ride to... More

Absolutely first class treatment in the middle of paradise. Anna was a very gracious hostess, the bike ride into town was fun (got some beer), the dinner and breakfast were worthy of a 5 star restaurant (anna said it was "simple"), the other guests were fraternal and had good conversation, and the view... My husband and I stayed in the charming Oreby Moller in May 2012 and it was out favorite hotel in Denmark. The hosts Anne Lise and Henrik were wonderfully helpful and offered to make dinner reservations in advance, in anticipation of a big event at the local restaurant. They were also very kind in helping us to clarify our ferry... More

Unfortunately we were only staying at this wonderful place overnight but we'll definitely return, it's such a beautiful setting and so peaceful! Anne-Lise made us very welcome and the room and breakfast were amazing I won't repeat what others have said so just read all the reviews :-)

Nice hosts. Nice beds. Quite an herregård. Quality books. Wonderful surrondings. Great walks. My wife and I will come back as soon as possible. We stayed for five days.

This is a very special place, peaceful and quiet next to a castle. Run by a very nice couple that made a great effort to make us feel comfortable. The place is wonderfully decorated, and you really get the feeling of travelling back in time. Great beds. Good breakfast in a wonderful breakfast-room. Food was local and ecological, and very... You will always remember a stay at Oreby Moelle. A historic and stunning place. The couple running it is absolutely the best hosts I have ever experienced. So very kind, helpful and loving the place for sure. Service in top - I guess they never sleep. Everything has been carefully thought of. Breakfast with local specialities, exceptional beds and bedding.... More

My husband and I stayed at Oreby Mølle for two nights, in the spring of 2011. We had the most wonderful, tranquil weekend - time stood still and the place, with its cosy rooms of casual luxury, embraced us and made us feel warm at heart, nostalgic and romantic. Nature around the Millhouse is absolutely divine. Giant old oak-trees, a... More

When you are seeking for a place to take a time out Oreby Moelle is the place where you can go to. We stayed for two days enjoying the uniqueness of the hotel. The carriers are very obliging and friendly. Being there is like staying at friends, a familiar atmosphere. See my pictures, they tell more.

Having stayed in most major hotels in Denmark I must say that this might well be the place that I have enjoyed the most: You stay in an old manor house (think "Remains of the day", "Howards End" e.g.) in the most beautiful countryside surroundings with a breathtaking sun-set view over the sea. The hotel is run by a very... More
