We stayed at the campsite (in a motorhome) this summer, and visited Legoland over 2 days. Good transport (free shuttle bus, or 10 minutes walk) to the park gate. Legoland is Legoland, and you know what to expect at the park. With our UK Merlin passes we got in free one day and at a reduced price for the second.... More

Free parking while staying at the Hollyday village. 10 min walk to Legoland. Free breakfast and its not bad! We stayed in the Pirates Inn and it has Lego for the kids to play with in the room! Playground and some animals for the kids to play with when they get tired of Lego!

First off, I know that almost all the lodging options in Billund are expensive. My overall rating of "3" isn't based on price, but on some of the small issues we had with the resort. That being said here's my review: Overall Legoland Holiday Village: We arrived at 1900 after driving for 9 hours through traffic, and arrived just as... More

My family of three stayed in a cabin for one night. I would not recommend this place for 4 adults because of limited space for suitcases/backpacks. But for a family of up to two children, it will work. My wife and I slept in the two single bedroom and my 5 yr old stayed in the bunk room (one bunk... More

Legoland village is a great place, but unfortuntelly it is often raining in Denmark, so the cottages and the tents are a bit risky. We stayed in the Pirate Inn, what was very funny, but the bunk bed is a bit dangerous for children, there is no fence, so it is very easy to fall down. Since noone could sleep... More

For all travelers....the staff is great and helpful but only when they are present. At 1900 there is no one to call or ask for. The rooms are totally not isolated. The noise is terrible, from the parking, the inner paths and worse from the ceiling- top floor Avoid at any price!!

We stayed in a Pirate room for 5 - booked directly, with two days of tickets to Legoland included, plus breakfast. Location was great - an easy min walk to the park, closer than some of the parking lots. Also right next to Lalandia water park which looked great and I wish we had made time to explore further. The... More

We booked a "pirate room" via Booking.com. We had the impression that this was a hotel room, but it was not (it should have been considering the price). The room itself was pretty cool with pirate theme and a big case of Lego for the kids to play with. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned... More

Went for 2 nights with wife and nine year old son. Booked cabin with bathroom. Ideal base for legoland and lalandia easy to walk to in around 5 minutes. Cabin small and basic but very clean and rings and kettle allowed some limited catering. Site very nice with Lego dotted around, small petting zoo and playground for passing time after... More
