My four night stay is costing over 2000DKK. My room is literally not big enough to swing a cat. It is about seven feet wide and twelve feet long. It has a single bed, bedside table, tv, chair and little table. It's minute. My colleague and I - having paid about £80 a night each - were frankly amazed by... more

I had initially planned to stay for 2-3 days in the hotel and then shift to an apartment but I ended up staying for full 13 days in the hotel as I had absolutely no problems there. The hotel is centrally located, it is in bandgerdpladsen, in the heart of Arhus city, the train station is less than a Km... more

We stayed for one night in Scandic Plaza Aarhus from 1/12/08. Our primary reason for choosing the hotel was the free jacuzzi provided in the hotel since we wanted to take a break from regular schedule. We were suprised by the timing for jacuzzi which was 11PM in the night. It was very nicely maintained and accompanied by a sauna... more

The room we had was fairly old, but very spacious. The bathroom not quite up to standards, particularly the shower box; however, it was spotless. The service was very good altogether. Breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant staff most efficient. The reception agents are very friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located, nearby the station, and the bus stops. At... more

I was slightly nervous when we arrived as the hotel foyer is small and shabby. When you book ask for a renovated room as some are very old fashioned. when we stayed the hotel was full and we didn't manage to get a renovated room. The compromise was that we were given an ok room but at the back of... more

I stayed here to catch an early morning bus to the airport the next day. Despite arriving at 10 a.m., the staff kindly gave me a room. The room was simple, and the furniture was very sparse, but the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. You can't beat this location. more

The hotel itself is a nice a spaceus one, but the big road outside is extremely noise, and since its an old building the noise travels through the Construction. Even with earplugs it was hard to fall asleep. My advise: Get a room facing away from the road. Otherwise it was a nice hotel, with a brasillian restaurant, a very... more

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast - a truly wonderful buffet that you could survive through the day on! The spa and sauna were also greatly appreciated and really made our experience at this hotel stand out from many others. The room was a little old but it was large and had everything we needed. We were... more

Be sure that you order a renovated room (you end up paying the same price for a non renovated one). The hotel is very well located and staff gentle. Trond & Orland (Norway & Barcelona) more

Book one of their rooms in the new section and thorouhgly enjoy your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a location where Old Town, the canal-side restaurants, the art museum, harbor, etc is walkable. The court yard parking is extremely convenient. This is a full-service hotel and they their full kitchen for a varied and enjoyable breakfast in the surroundings of... more
