This is a charming little traditionally designed wood-beamed hotel with all the mod cons not far from the Snoghoj bridge in Middelfart, across the river from Fredericia. Service is friendly and very welcoming, the rooms are not massive but extremely clean and have everything you need. The beds are lovely (even if the pillows are mystifyingly lacking in substance) and... More

We stayed only one night passing through Denmark but would love to come back and explore some more of the surroundings. The hotel is located just right under the bridge over Lilla Baelt. Only a few steps away from a small harbour and beach. We learned that they provide a hiking route along the water line for guests with dogs,... More

Hotel is located just outside the village/town and is next to the river. From the hotel you have a view of the 2 bridges and in front of the hotel is a little harbour. It is a very quiet surrounding. Hotel is mostly used by business people. I had a suite which was huge, it had a table, working desk,... More

Really at nice place, lovely and fairly large rooms some with balcony and some of the best bed I have ever see in a hotel. The restaurant have gourmet dinners and both food and wine are excellent, the breakfast buffet is on top of the list, everything you can think of and homemade. The outdoor area is just great with... Good size room, with access to 1st floor terrace. Nice bar with ambience, and gourmet food in the restaurant (this was a company arrangement, so this was a set menu). Plentiful choice for breakfast. Beautiful area, just underneath the old bridge over Lillebaelt (there is also a new bridge, so there is not much traffic on the old one), good... More

We stayed at this property for an evening after a business meeting. The rooms are comfortable, the elevator a bit snug! But the outstanding element was an incredible dinner dining experience! The chef for the evening was a young woman, Phanida, and let me say she is going to be a star! The menu was suberb- rich and varied, fresh... More

This hotel is located by the water, spectacular views, however the rooms and bathrooms are quite dated. The room keys are very odd, a large metal weight & a punched card from some 70's mainframe. Breakfast was odd for my English tastes, a selection of quiches?? More cheese & ham, managed to create a boiled egg roll instead.

What a great position next to the water. Little harbour in front. Lovely views. Check in fast and efficient. Room reasonable size but in need of a paint job. Seats on the balcony. Fast wi-fi. After a walk I took dinner in the bar area, delightful waitrese of North American Indian origin. She was very efficient. Food and service was... More

Nice hotel on a superb location. Staff is helpful , especially de crew in the bar and restaurant. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable with a good bathroom and we even had a nice balcony. The surroundings are great, easy excess from the motorway and in the middle of the beautiful nature on the shore of the... More
