Skiathos is a truly beautiful island, "heaven". The transport is very good, staying in May, there was a bus every 20mins and would only take 20 mins from one end of island to other, a different beach at every stop. The Ioannis Apartments are basic but clean, the same as most other Greek Accomodation BUT these are a little gem because of the location, family and surroundings.
