We unexpectedly had to stay on Skiathos due to stormy weather, and we were very happy to find this friendly, clean and affordable accommodation. Hotel Christina is the perfection location as its very near the port and has good restaurants a few minutes walk away.

I was so lucky to find this wonderful hotel at short notice when my ferry was cancelled. The owners were so kind, the room was spotless, bathroom spacious, bed comfy. It overlooked the yachts from a little balcony and, though it was right in town, not noisy at all. Thank you!

Highly recommended. Lovely family run self-catering hotel. Super clean. Balcony view of the boats and water. Very close to bakery, grocery store, bus stop and restaurants. Also inexpensive. Miss Christina was very helpful.

We stayed here for 1 night before catching the ferry to Skopleos. Super location right just one street back from the port. We were able to walk with our bags to the ferry the next morning. Its basic but very clean and the owners/managers were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again - a great spot.

Hotel is located one street behind the new port, Christina and her daughter Mary were both very helpful. Clean room big enough for one and two persons with Kitchenette, handy to buy your own food and there's a fridge also! Mini mart opposite hotel and nice coffee shops 2 doors down. Bus station for beaches directly across the rd, which is really handy. Overall for the price and location this hotel is great for budget minded people! I'll be back that's for sure

The hotel is very close to the port, I loved that, as it was important to us. The staff was friendly and was able to check us in at 9 am. The hotel is not exactly ideal for long stays. It's kind of old, with old furniture, a kitchenette right next to the bed (the room is quite small) and bathroom very small.

Arriving on a very early ferry to Skiathos we needed a room for one night waiting for our flight home. Hotel Christina is ideally locating right on the waterfront beside the ferry port and bus station, with beautiful views. We walked in off the street and the owner was very welcoming and helpful, from reading other reviews improvements have clearly been made - spotlessly clean and free wifi throughout the hotel. The accommodation is traditional and basic, but excellent value for money. Our room was clean, well kept with a spotless bathroom, comfy mattress and balcony overlooking the harbour. Thank you for a welcoming stay, I would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone needing a short break or basic hotel in lovely Skiathos Town - thank you Hotel Christina.

For the price, the view and location of this hotel if you just require a room with no frills services it is great! I don't understand about rat-hole rooms because there were no rats, rooms were basic yes but they were clean as well as the bathrooms. The little kitchen space you have could be updated with fresh utensils as you can't do anything with this, only boil some water in a very small saucepan for one cup of coffee at a time but it does have a good size under counter fridge. We always had hot water for shower no problem and they keep you supplied with toilet paper and supply hand soap We had a room on the front with a small balcony with small table and chairs, enough to sit and enjoy the port. Beware that they do have rooms at the back with no balcony, so if you do book request room with balcony port view. For what we paid I would definitely stay again.

This hotel has been booked by our hiking club and most of us were very disappointed as the rooms were very small and had no balconies, not even glass doors, but only windows facing the back wall of the hotel! Of course, we complained to the owner who didn't seem to bother at all! In fact, she bluntly informed us that we should be grateful to find a room at that period and that she didn't have any other room available. Such hotels and attitudes remind me of '80s ' mentality and I beleive it's a disgrace for greek tourism. I would never go there again!
