Stayed for a couple of nights to attend a friends wedding in beautiful Hydra. There were many people in Hydra we knew that weekend and I am sure we had the best accommodation. The owner and his wife are a wonderful pair and nothing is too much trouble. They even ironed our clothes for us for the wedding day for... More

We have travelled to Hydra for the last 10 years and after a recommendation from another Hydra fan we have stayed at Botsis Guesthouse for the last 5 years. The guest house is located near the harbour, surrounded by small restaurants and cafés but still is quiet and has a beautiful sea-view from the balconies. Very reasonably priced! The rooms... More

A small and friendly guesthouse run by the nice Antonio with wife. Clean and nice rooms, free wireless Internet access, close to several nice restaurants and the charming harbor. Would recommend it! Both me and my girlfriend had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and the island offered both beautiful scenery as well as a charming idyllic small town. One... More

A lovely location - 1 minute from port and very reasonably priced. Owners extremely helpful and friendly. Good shower with hot water and nice toiletries supplied. Welcome gift of honey was a nice touch. Room 7 balcony gets afternoon sun and partial view of the port and church (the sound of bells delightful). Free WiFi very good and consistent. They... More

This was not my favorite place, but some of the reasons were out of the owner's control. Google maps has an inaccurate location for this hotel. Apple maps doesn't have it at all. Other websites do not actually have an address for it (apparently that's common on Hydra). We wandered around on the correct street for quite a while, thinking... More

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely owner Antonio , who made us feel so at home. All our facilities were spotless, Antonio and his wife made quite sure we were comfortable and assisted us with everything we needed to know. The Guest House is conveniently close to the waterfront in a clean and friendly neighbourhood. When we left,... More

Myself and my friend arrived on the island on an afternoon ferry, we had not been told someone would meet us off the ferry so we swiftly moved past all the people asking if we had accommodation (big mistake) It turns out that someone from Botsis was there waiting for us to help with our luggage and we basically told... Hydra is a great place to stay and the Botsis is very good choice of accommodation. The guesthouse is located on a characteristic street, close to the harborfront, restaurants and shopping. Ηelpful and friendly owner. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and an excellent view. Free internet and beach towels. I suggest that guesthouse.

We loved this place! Only about 1 block from harbor, easy walk in a no-vehicles town (hire a donkey to carry your luggage!), helpful and friendly owner on site, super-clean rooms and shared kitchen, and a tiny balcony with view of the sea across to the Pelponese - don't hesitate to stay here. Oh yeah, and GO TO HYDRA, the... More

The guesthouse is located on a characteristic street, close to the harborfront, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had a view balcony overlooking the town and sea. There was a kitchen for guest use and free Internet access and beach towels available in the lobby. The owners, Anthony and his lovely wife, were friendly, helpful... More
