John, the owner, is really helpful, and the accommodation is close to ferries and restaurants yet very very quiet. Aegina is only an hour from Athens yet is in a different world. If you have a day or two to kill while in Athens, go to Aegina and Electra Pension is the perfect place to stay.

We spent four days on Aegina Island and stayed in the city. The hotel has eight little rooms and is located in one of Aegina citys little roads, 200m from the port. Our room even had a little view to the sea because it was in the upper floor. All rooms are very clean and matraces are fine. The owner... More

First impression made was very positive about how clean our room was, like the whole pension. It has a kinda funny and cult little water fountain outside the rooms! Do not forget to take a picture and show it as an example of "bad taste". :) Owner stays right next to the pension!

Wow what a great little hotel, just a short walk from the ferry and the sea front tavernas. Owned and managed by John a very friendly and attentive local resident who lives adjacent to the accommodation, so always around to help out as needs be. Rooms are clean and compact and offer private balconies with TVs and free WiFi and... More

The Electra Pension is on a small, winding back street just three minutes walk from the port and the bus station. The owner John waited for us at the port, walked us to the hotel, and insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs; this kind of service continued for our entire stay. The rooms are absolutely immaculate, and John... More

I was booked into another hotel on aegina but wanted to be closer to the action (the night life) and when I saw the outside of this place I knew it was for me. I waited but no one came but the lady at the corner dress shop rang yannis. so I arranged to move in in two days time... More

The owner, Yannis (John) was kind and accommodating. When we arrived, he gave us a quick rundown of the area and suggested some places to eat and visit. Our room was very clean and fairly comfortable. The Electra Pension is about 2 blocks from the port, so it was quiet, yet convenient to all the shops and restaurants. We rented... More

A quiet location but near enough to sample the harbour atmosphere and bars/tavernas. The room was very clean and attended to every day. Iannis was most attentive and helpful with our questions and his advice on food and trips was just as we required. A very friendly host who met us at the Flying Dolphin dock and conducted us to...
