We chose this hotel for out third visit to Sparta and we were not disappointed. Hotel is placed centrally, there is possible to park a car on the site outside or in the guarded parking nearby. We asked for quiet room with a nice view and got two rooms high up to choose from: one with a city view on... More

As a luxury travel writer for world-adventurer.com I've stayed in many luxury properties in Greece. Menelaion Hotel stands out in providing outstanding luxury for a small town setting. The rooms were modern with comfortable beds and clean designed bathrooms. The outdoor pool is a great addition especially after a hot day of touring. Located right in the center of town,... More

This is a very nice hotel with great rooms and correctly priced. The hotel has an extremely "simple" breakfast buffet and the reception lady is a little bit more stressed. However, I felt safe and in good hands besides the fact that the hotel does not have any parking and you have to make rounds in the near by roads.... More

Good news - Rooms were clean, comfortable, modern, hotel has an elevator, and pool was great for kids. Bad news - you got the bare minimum from the front desk (there's a difference between just answering questions and being helpful); breakfast was not very good;

The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. A big positive is the pool, even though it is small, it is great for the kids. Also, free Wi-Fi a plus for my teenagers. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 10 am so we never got to take advantage of that for the teens. Would be nice... More

IMO this is probably the only quality hotel in Sparti. Everything was up to our expectations and we are happy from our two nights stay there. The breakfast as some other travellers pointed out could have been better, but it was not bad and had all the basic. You can have your coffee in the patio having a cigarette also...... More

A nice quality hotel in Sparta and I think probably the best one in town. The location was perfect right in the main part of town and the hotel was nice and clean. I would consider this an Average hotel back in the states but bumped the review up because the staff was very helpful and polite! Overall our stay... More

My girlfriend and I spent 2 night in this amazing hotel in Sparti. Well located, clean, comfortable, helpful staff made our stay very pleasant. The Hotel counts with an excellent restaurant and the waiters and waitresses make a great job with the advises and service. The receptionist Despina was very kind and help us in all our doubts. Great job!!
