I spent a week in the Tzaki (in Greek- the fire place) hotel- Patras. A nice medium size hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Public transportation is right across the street. I was told it has been recently renovated and indeed the rooms were large bright and clean. Hot water any time of the day and air conditioning worked great. All... More

A very nice hotel to stay! Totally renewed,as i was told,at 2003 with modern facilities,great food(among the best in town with traditional tastes) and very friendly stuff... service is awesome.It also has great sea view from balconies and also beach is next to it!!!rooms are very good,with new furnitures and bathroom! This could be a nice hotel because its location is very good. Nevertheless the rooms need serious refurbishment. There was mold in the bathroom, spots on carpets and chairs, cigerette burns on linen, the wallpapers were torn in places, the breakfast was negligible. Staff was friendly and this is the only reason I am not giving it a "Terrible" rating.... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent accomodation and facilities. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
