We stayed at this hotel as part of a recent bus trip through Greece in September 2008. The bus trip was organised by a well known travel company and no complaints about the tour.. I do not usually write about a bag of negative experiences and prefer to offer some balance to my hotel stays. However, little of a positive nature can be said about this hotel. We found the staff generally unhelpful on the front desk and everyting seemed to be an effort. The front desk person was a surly grump. Our porterage had been included in our tour costs but the porters were reluctant to take our bags to our rooms and held back because of this most people were obliged to carry their own bags or wait for an inordinately long time. The front desk was so disorganised it took us 15-20 minutes to get our room keys from the front desk when we arrived. The rooms are very basic with 1970's decor- although they are clean.
