I call it this because of the dogs barking all night in the neighborhood. The lobby was nicely decorated and the restaurant staff was accommodating - not so with the front desk. NIce bright lobby but rooms partly renovated (closets, doors, balcony, bathroom kept the original, carpet not existed or varied from room to room).
