Kalamaki Beach Hotel has become my first choice for a weekend getaway from Athens. Friendly, reasonably priced, clean, ample swimming pool, pleasant beach (oil refineries in the horizon notwithstanding), well groomed and lush lawn with a volleyball court to boot, kid's playground, pleasant live music at night, very decent breakfast and buffet!
