BOOKING: Booked a room with sea view and a balcony, but on arrival at this family hotel, owner presented completely different room at the ground floor with no window (just one beside the door) and no claimed sea view nor balcony. Upon raised question where is the booked room with sea view, hotel owner smiled loud and agreed to provide... More
