Really convenient as it is located in the heart of the city. It is quite old, with small rooms which seem a bit sloppy. Also, the breakfast is a bit poor. However, the staff has always been helpful (I have stayed there 2-3 times over weekends). I don't think the aim of the owner is to provide the customers with... More

We booked a 3 beds room for one night. It's located close to A. Square, restaurants, etc., so having a walk, in 10 minutes you are by the sea. Staff is friendly, room is OK, with a very particular, but fully functional - box type bathroom. Fridge, WiFi, TV and AC all working. Enough outlets to charge phones if you... More

+ location (5 minutes to everywhere - Aristotelous square, bus stops, shops, restaurations) + helpfull staff (answered every our question, showed us the best ways to our targets, gave us maps...) + fresh towels and maked beds every day + air conditioning + safe - poor bathroom - noise inside the hotel (thin walls) and outside the hotel (pubs, traffic)

the hotel is in the middle of the central and they have helpful staff. Unfortunately you will be shocked after seeing the rooms's bathroom, it was terrible..besides, you cannot use plug socket for two items since it does not work.if you want to watch tv you couldn't charge your iphone.. price is good 35 eur per night.

The surroundings (streets) are a little noisy, but its a pretty decent hotel for a few days stay. Well worth the price - close to the city center + breakfast included. The staff was really helpful and everyone spoke English. The rooms are a little old and the 'bathroom' is just a box in the room, but it was still... More

Exactly what we expected from the photos, very good for the price. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is very close to the city centre - you can walk everywhere. The buffet breakfast is fair for the price - cereal, yogurt, tinned peaches, eggs and bread etc. :)

The hotel is located right in the center and price is great, but must say that on the pictures the hotel looks much better than it is - poor bathrooms and very poor bed mattress!!! I stayed only 1 night in room 22 , but could sleep at all. The fridge was noisy, had to switch it off. The gap between... More

We stayed at Nea Metropolis for 3 nights in January 2014. The stuff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the location was just a five minute walk from Aristotelous square in the city center. I would certainly revisit Nea Metropolis on my next visit to Thessaloniki.

This is not three star hotel, this is not hotel. The worst place that I have ever seen. Room stink, bathroom is terrible, some box in room. Photos are from photoshop, not from hotel. The view from or room was horrible - somewhere behind the hotel. Breakfast was very poor. I don't recommend anyone to go there.
