The Pros: Pella is ideally situated within walking distance of most attractions in Thessaloniki. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite a decent spread. Cons: Very tiny rooms. The photographs make them seem much larger. You can barely stand in the shower area. The mattress were very uncomfortable.

Great location. We found free street parking in heart of a fun and exciting city. Family hotel motto is Hoteling is our job. They mean it. We're retired American couple traveling with our Athenian Airbnb hostess and we got 2 rooms for $65 in April. Value in the shoulder season.

We arrived in late to thessaloniki and caught the airport bus (#78) into town (€2 pp). The bus driver kindly dropped us at the nearest stop and we walked and arrived 10mins later at Hotel Pella. The hotel is located close to the main shopping area and is handily placed for the train station, approx 20min walk or a couple... More

I stayed many times at Pella Hotel in Thessaloniki, it is family hotel, quiet and simple, modest, but well located in the centre of Thessaloniki. Ask for a renovated room (I think 407 was one of them). The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is only minutes away on foot from Aristotelous Square, St. Demetrius Church, Egnatia street and... More

First it was hard for us to find it, after finding it we were lucky to find a parking place right in front of it but it was pure luck. The man on the reception was a bit weird, not too communicative. Breakfast was ok, room average for this kind of city hotel. WiFi was excellent in the room, and... More

This is a hotel for nor demanding people, who value mainly the location. It is easy to reach the main attractions of Thessaloniki from the hotel locality as it is close to the main road of the city. There are many city buses available at the main street, including a bus going directly to the airport. The hotel is rather... More

I liked the location in the city centre not far from the train station and the excellent breakfast with different kinds of bread, muesli, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, olives), fruit etc. The room was nice and clean with a small balcony. The only thing I didn't like very much was that the staff was almost always busy with other guests or... More

Stayed here for 1 night. Room was very small and dated but functional and appeared clean. Small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. Air conditioning was ok but a bit on the noisy side. Reception insisted on guests leaving room key at front desk when going out which was annoying. Fine for an overnight stay, location is very central to main... More
