One of my favourite hotels in Europe is the Bristol Hotel in Thessaloniki. The rooms are large, breakfast unbelievable and Safiris and his staff give us the best service I have experienced in any hotel.Third visit here in two years and always a joy to be here. Is is also very central in the Ladadika area with many excellent restaurants... More

This hotel is in the perfect location adjacent to great bars and restaurants and near the seafront. It is classic in style. The service is impeccable. The breakfast is a la carte and has a varied choice. The omelette was probably the best I have tasted. It thoroughly recommend a visit.

We found no faults whatsoever at this hotel. We arrived after travelling from Skiathos, via Volos, and found the hotel very easily by using the local bus service. Located just off the waterfront and about 200 metres from Eleftherias Square ( where the bus stops on Mitreopolis), Service on check-in was very courteous and efficient and the reception area is... The owners of this hotel work hard to give personal attention to every guest. The breakfast is fantastic -- they have a menu that includes everything you would find at a restaurant and you can order anything that you would like. Ask them any question and they will give you an answer or find out if they do not know.... More

Located in a busy area of thess, surrounded by lively restaurants and very close to the harbour. This is a small 'boutique' hotel, very friendly staff, nice small reception. It has a lift to the upper floors if you want to use it. Room was ok, not large but nor small either. Nice bathroom. Mini bar in room. I was... More

This is an old style low key hotel which means you get high ceilings and an air of history. The location is great, the breakfast menu is comprehensive (I think if they did not have something you requested tyhey would run down the street to get it) and the staff are very helpful.

We had unfailing help and support from the reception staff over car parking, luggage and wi/fi. the only failing of the hotel was the shower in room 102 which could only produce water from 1 of its 3 orifices

Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff, service at its best. Location was great (although a little tricky to find with the one way streets etc.), smack in the middle Ladadika, surrounded by bars and restaurants and only two minute stroll to the seaside. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff very accommodating. Room was very comfortable and had a picture perfect little... More

Owner lied to us and said new hotel next door was not a hotel, but a "timeshare". When we left at 5 am, porter was asleep and was late in helping with luggage. Rooms desperately need updating. The paint is peeling off the walls and even our sheets were ripped! Rooms were clean but the ventilation outlets were full of... More
