The location is great, near the center of the city. The rooms are big and clean :) the breakfast was so delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. They told us what it's interesting to see. They have bicycles that you can use for free.

It's an excellent place to stay when you want to be in the city center but not live in a block of flats. The rooms are clean and spacious with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Breakfast (included in the room rate) is a la carte offering a variety of freshly-made delicacies. The staff is polite and helpful and wi-fi is... More

I have stayed for one night on a business trip. I really don’t understand the high rating and appreciation this hotel receives. Indeed the building is very nice, but not well maintained. The rooms are very-very spacious and this a big plus. The aluminum windows (specially the sealed one in the bathroom) are very contradicting with the rest of the... More

Our family of 4 stayed at The Bristol for 8 nights in a family suite and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. In fact, the service here exceeded our expectations. This is one of the nicest and most courteous hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is charming in an olde world sense with large rooms, high ceilings and elegant furnishings.... More

This is a great hotel situated on the picturesque cobbled streets of Ladadika with many bars and restaurants on it's doorstep. My wife and I arrived late at night and, as the hotel wasn't particularly busy, Eleni on reception took the time to take us on a tour of the 3 available rooms so that we could choose which one... Located in the heart of the city, in the heart of "Ladadika", on a pedestrian street this boutique hotel is highly recommended for people looking for something out of the ordinary. Large rooms with high ceilings, king size bed, modern bathroom with excellent quality hair, body and face care products with highly concentrated natural active ingredients (by Korres). The breakfast... More

This hotel is really in the hart of the city. Anything you want is just a few walks distance whether business or pleasure. The room is spacious clean but old fashioned. The hotel staff were very kind and always willing to assist. The breakfast had a lot of interesting recipes of the local cuisine and the common dishes of course... More

This is my second time to Thessaloniki, and I definitely prefer this hotel to the Palace hotel, where I stayed 3 years ago. It's very well situated, on a pedestrian street (so no traffic) 3 blocks from Aristotle square and one from the waterfront. The people were really welcoming and very helpful, including at the (delicious) breakfast. The area on... More

But I will remedy this, next time I'm coming to Thessaloniki I'll take my wife with me and stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Good location, nice rooms (they upgraded me to a suite), excellent breakfast cooked to order, great service, what's not to like?

From the moment my wife and I walked into the Bristol Hotel, we knew we had made the right decision. There at the front desk to cheerfully receive us was Zafiris. Throughout our stay, both Zafiris and Yiannis were exceptionally attentive to whatever would make our stay more enjoyable. One day we'll return to the Bristol Hotel (and it's fabulous... More
