This beautiful hotel was in the perfect location. Close to the ocean, restaurants and sites. The rooms are beautiful, clean and roomy. The staff went over the top to accommodate our needs. They found a driver for us at the last minute. They did our laundry for a reasonable price, brought it up to our room folded and sparkling clean.... More

We chose this hotel because of the rave reviews about staff and atmosphere, and the reviews were right on track. Located in a charming part of Thessaloniki, the hotel provides classic charm with modern amenities and stellar service. We opted for the hotel breakfast, which was fantastic, and appreciated the availability of umbrellas and bicycles for guest use. We had... More

I found the place to go back to Salonica, a city I like a lot. Near the water, near the happenings, with plenty of ambiance, excellent service and an even better breakfast deal with the best capuccino that will keep you going all day long in your city walks, or better yet get the bike outside courtesy of the hotel... Ambiance ambiance ambiance. Lovely hotel. Right in the centre of the city . View of the water with nice friendly bars . Plenty of choice of good restaurants. The rooms are nice the staff very polite and helpful. Nice piano bar. Drinks are a typical hotel price . But the atmosphere is worth it. Well worth the money . I... More

If you find yourself in Thessaloniki, do yourself a favour and stay at this hotel. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with style and elegance. The staff go the extra yard to welcome you and they are very proud of their hotel and their city. They provided great tourist information for us. The rooms are... More

The location is near the port and the recently trendy Ladadika district, with easy access to the airport bus at 2 euros. The staff that we met were without exception charming, courteous, extremely helpful and totally delightful. Top marks to them. One of the girls even managed to arrange a Sunday tour to the very distant Meteora, home of the... More

Beautifully located, right into Ladadika disctrict, very close to the centre. Note that although the area is very noisy, the room is well insulated. The staff was very helpfull and attentive, fast to resolve an issue that arised with out reservation, though not a fault of their own. Room adequate but not a 5* definately. Breakfaast tasteful but did not... More

We spent 3 nights here prompted by TA reviews. The service from all staff was exceptional, but I struggle to understand it's 5 star category. As long as you don't expect UK 5 star standard of accommodation you won't be disappointed- equate it with UK 3 or 4 star and you'll have realistic expectations. That said, we would definitely return... More

What a great hotel right in the middle of Thessaloniki. The room was sensational, huge, great bed, great bathroom, huge lounge. My room faced the street and was a bit noisy on a Saturday night - but that's what you get for being right in Ladadika. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even managed to park my car... More

Booked this hotel - stab in the dark - all we knew is that we wanted to stay in Ladadika area and near the port. We could not have made a better choice. The management provided excellent service - always with a smile - nothing was too much Breakfast is included and very good fresh product, great coffee and teas... More
