Hotel is within walking distance to most monuments and churches and provide a a great map to all main interest points for tourist free. 2nd- Amazing value! I really enjoyed my week-long stay here. I can't comment on the price (it was expensed for me) but the rooms were great. The bathroom had nice fixtures, the bed was comfy, the balcony had a view of the sea, and the desk/TV setup was what you would expect. Wifi worked great all week. The breakfast, and the hotel restaurant... More

The rooms are average and dark. The handle of the door to the bathroom was broken, we told the reception to fix but they didn't, so it fell down on the floor the second day of our stay. The nearest car park - as they say so! - is very far and not convenient and free either. The lobby is... More

The hotel could easily be a 4 or a 5 if it wasn't for the worn-out furniture and flooring, old windows etc. The room was really spacey with a large bathroom and it was clean enough, the bed was also good but soundproofing on the windows was not adequate, especially having in mind they faced a very busy street. Staff... More

We visited Thessaloniki during New Year's Eve and we stayed there for 3 days. Palace Art Hotel is a very friendly place and perfect located in the center of the city. You can go anywhere you want by foot by leaving your car in one of the two parkings with which they cooperate. The breakfast is really good with a... More

We booked the hotel via Bookings due to its location and its excellent price. We booked a room for 3 (2 adults and 1 5 yrs old) and asked for a big room. We were given room 108 which I highly reccommend as it is huge!! we did not get bothered by the noise outside since it is on the... More

I made reservation direct on hotel site on a very good price and based on the good recommendations I read , What I found, left me very disappointed. Our room was at fourth floor. Before to arrive in room on the hall we find destroyed walls, as after the flood. This was first sign. In the room a bad smell, dirty wall, air... More

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for your kind review. You are right in connection with your remarks regarding the 4th floor. In early August there was a unprecedented heavy rain in Thessaloniki which led to some damages in the top floor (4th). Today everything is reconditioned and in excellent condition. We would like to inform you that our... More
