Right from the first hello as we walked through the door, the staff were there with an abundance of helpful knowledge and advice on how to make our stay in Thessaloniki a good one. The room was comfortable and the free coffee and cookies were a nice touch. I would stay here again if I were to come back to... More

We are family of three (child 9 years old) and we have travelled to Thesalloniki by car (direction from Serbia). It is really easty to find this hotel by entering to Thesalloniki and driving through Engatia street. Excelent location (10 minute easy walk to Aristotel square), clean and renovated rooms, excellent staf (24 hour service), easy and effective communication (during... More

Pros: Super helpful staff, clean, very close to the historical sites. Cons: The bathrooms are small but functional. The rooms are also a bit small and don't have many horizontal surfaces to place stuff, but, again, are doable. Overall: We showed up before check in and the guy at the front desk lead us to a comfortable room with free... More

The hotel, which looks out on the ancient agora or forum, is close to the center of things, with some of the major tourist attractions in easy walking distance. It is very tastefully furnished and decorated, and is sensibly run. Coffee and tea are available at all times; guests are welcome to bring in breakfast rolls to have in the... More

Compared to other hotels in this price range, this one takes the prize. Clean & large enough rooms, perfect location, nice staff, good wi-fi, parking at the location, free coffee, tea & cookies 24/7. What more could you want. I've stayed in Thessaloniki 4 times now, and this was the best hotel.

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of May.The hotel is in a good location overlooking the ruins of the ancient agora and close to the centre of Thessaloniki. I canot stress how helpful the staff here were. We struggled to locate the hotel on arrival in Thessaloniki, and so parked our car as close to where we... More

We had a two nights stay at Orestias. Nice room (207) on the second floor (no elevator) that is now being refurbished. (altough we liked it the way it was). Excellent location in the center of town overlooking the ruins of the ancient agora. Parking (with a bit of creativity) is free in the neighborhoud. All the higlichts in the... More

Very good location, close to the center. There were free parking spaces near the hotel. The rooms was ok, nothing special. The exterior of the hotel in the inner yard was only partly painted, not a big deal, just not looks good. Overall good value for the money.

This was my second visit in just over twelve months and this trip confirmed the good impressions made a year ago.
