Returned last week from a vacation stay at the hotel, generally impressed with the renovations to the rooms. The staff were warm and friendly and seemed efficient. There can be a little noise because of the location, but nothing dramatic (except at 'rush hour'). We had one small complaint about the bar meal we had ( both courses delivered at... More

We stayed at the Capsis for one week last month and enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful in planning our activities and giving us directions, maps, etc.

Nice hotel, good service, good mattress, but it is very noisy because it is one of the main streets. Not suitable for rest because of the noise and another disadvantage that there is not enough parking in the guarded parking Otherwise, the rooms are nice and spacious

One of the top City Hotels in Greece. Great Hospitality, excellent food, nice decoration and equipment in the room, smiling people... I stayed 3 nights on a business trip and i had the right environment for that.

I had the opportunity to revisit the hotel after almost two years. My first experience was very good, however, this time i did feel that a number of changes have taken place. As in the first time I did enjoy their breakfast (although I would prefer a more Greek type oriented). My room this time was slightly smaller than the... More

I recently worked in Thessaloniki and stayed at Capsis Hotel for two weeks. It is a convenient and reasonably priced hotel but lacks in a number of areas. Firstly, the size and comfort of beds had much to be desired; I felt like I was back in student accommodation in my single bed on wheels. Secondly, the breakfast was of... More

The hotel is very big and in the neighbourhood of the city centre. And a good, easy and very cheap connection to the airport with bus 97. You can easily walk anywhere in Thessalonoki from the hotel. It's not in the hearth of the city, but very closed to the attraction points. If you like walking, it's a very good... More

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Capsis Thessaloniki hotel and look forward to a return trip. All staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. We would also consider visiting one of your other locations. "The atmosphere and hospitality is very warm and familiar".

Well, been there as a family. The hotel is very big, and located somehow bear the city center, but keep in mind that going by foot can take a while. There are a lot of construction yards, probably metro line, so it is not easy. The stuff is friendly, nothing to comment there. The breakfast has a lot of options,... More
