This is my second time staying at the same hotel in Thessaloniki. I still believe that they deserve the best! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel's new executive rooms are just perfect. Of course they are small but for a business person like me the size is just about right. The Wi-Fi is free (thank God) but... more

Horrible & dirty hotel. The area where the hotel is located is awful and very unsafe to walk at night. Rooms are small, furniture is old and are very highly priced. Double beds consist of two mattresses. In no way this hotel is 4 * . more

I stayed at the Capsis last weekend and found it to be quite nice. The room I was given looked out onto the main (very busy) street, but when the window was shut noise wasn't a problem. There was also an air conditioner unit in the room which worked very well. Although the double bed was in fact just two... more

I stayed in Thessaloniki for a conference in June. I booked it through the hotel's website which looks very professional. The hotel is one of the most well known in the city. I found there what I expected from a business city hotel. Friendly personnel, business facilities like Wi Fi, Health Studio, central location, and very nice breakfast. Although the... more

I spend a weekend in Capsis hotel in Thessaloniki (3 nights). The staff was very very friendly, the room very clean, the breakfast great, air-conditioning and satelite TV was working excellent (pay TV with 10E€ a day was available) and there was a huge undergroung parking to place your car for free. There was also a gym at the 1st... more

The hotel is located in one of the worse and unsafe areas of the city (close the railway station) so it was almost impossible to walk around after dark.We stayed there only for a couple days on our way to Chalkidiki and we really thought that we have chosen a nice property till we checked in.Average service ,rooms with no... more

I stayed at Capsis Hotel last year during Filoxenia November. Unfortunately I got a non renovated room for 96 €. I couldnt imagine that this hotel with this kind of rooms is an official 4 star hotel. Furnishings were very old, the room had no view at all since it was internal, tv antenna didint work well and the channels... more

I had to stay for a couple of days at Thesaloniki, my friend did recommend Capsis Hotel at the center of the city. My impression was extetremely positive since I manage to have a great value for my money plus a home atmosphere. Very friendly people, smilling and willing to help me with any of my requests. Thanks Capsis' People... more

I am almost 83 years old and have travelled in various countries. I stayed at the Capsis because a friend of mine reccomended it and spoke very highly of it. For a person my age the convenience of a facility and the courtesy of the staff are extremely important parameters. And at the Capsis I found a modern, yet warm... more

I visited Thessalonika a few days ago and stayed at thw Capsis by accident, since i wanted to be close to the city's center. As it turned out i couldn't have made a better choice! What astonished me is that though the facility is large, it is anything but impresonal. The rooms are very cosy, clean and tidy, while the personnel... more
