excellent hotel. The staff were very attentive & friendly. The first impression was the reception, not overly friendly. Your luggage & yourself immediately transported by buggy to your room, good start. Greeted with fresh bowl of fruit with bottled water & wine, nice touch. Food excellent, plenty of choice. Water 4 euros, alcholic drinks from 20 euros for 2 drinks.... more

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Aegean Melathron. This is our second stay here in three years. Accommodation is excellent, very clean, and good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. The rooms were cleaned every day with regular changes of bed linen. and bathrobes The room maids were very pleasant and there was a nice... more

We stayed for one week (the first in September) and the weather was a little mixed with two overcast days. The hotel was lovely and the food of a high standard. This is an ideal place to stay if you are happy to do very little and completely relax in comfortable surroundings. Whilst we thoroughly enjoyed this holiday I would... more

When choosing a hotel for our stay in Greece, we were specifically looking for the ones with good and Free WI FI connection as it was very important to be able to check the email. We’ve sent an email to the hotel to double check and got a reply: “There is wireless internet connection in the hotel, so you can... more

We stayed at the hotel in June for a special birthday, we travelled with Thomas Cook Select which was great as we had extra baggage allowance and a private taxi transfer. We had 10kg of baby luggage too which you phone Thomas Cook airline to arrange. Its a fairly long drive so having our own taxi was brilliant. The hotel... more

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was big and beautiful, the beach in particular was lovely and there were available sunbeds at all pools. It really wasn't crowded at all which was really nice. I stayed in a junior suite with a sea view, would recommend the building close to the beach to others. Also, anyone travelling here... more

Stayed in the Aegean Melathron for one week with my teenage daughter. We realised it would be quiet but that suits us, she is too young for clubbing, I am too old! The hotel was fabulous - plenty of sunbeds, in fact plenty of pools! We did not book a sea view room but were lucky enough to be allocated... more

Just returned from this lovely hotel. We had a magnificent room overlooking the sea and I awoke to sunrise each morning viewed from our balcony. It is very worthwhile paying extra for the sea site of this hotel. Although the hotel is quite large being on two sites, the indivdual buildings give it a more of a village appeal. We... more

We stayed here as Thomas Cook changed our hotel to this at the airport. We were sue to stay in the Sani Beach Club hotel all inclusive. The staff at the Melathron had been told we were all inclusive bt the communication was terrible and we didn't get the service we paid for. The rooms were well equipped. We stayed... more
