We stayed in Room 2. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy too, great nights sleep. Mario and Emma are really helpful and friendly. We had a lovely big terrace with a great view of Assos. We self catered and the facilities were fine. Assos is a beautiful small resort which people return again and again.

Stayed in Room 2 for a fortnight, which was very basic. The bed was incredibly hard. The soft furnishings were grubby. The bathroom was small. The shower head had no hook, so it was difficult to wash your hair. The terrace wasn't furnished as the pictures on the internet. The terrace overlooked the car park. The breakfast was basic and... We stayed at Cosi's for a week and had a fantastic holiday. Emma couldn't have done more to make sure that we were comfortable and had a great stay; her food was also delicious! Assos is a real hidden gem - would highly recommend. Rooms are basic, but contain all that you need. Kefalonia is the type of place where... More

We agree with the previous reviews on here with regards the accommodation, cleanliness, saline tap water, lack of shower bracket, dark bathroom and ultra firm bed however, the friendliness of our host Emma (and her scrummy cake) made our week. We self-catered and our trip was almost at the end of their season (12 - 19 Oct) which meant that... More

Cosi’s Inn for me. I recently posted about our two week holiday in Kefelonia which we booked with Ionian Island Holidays and split into two holidays by staying a week in Fiscardo and a week in Assos, Ionian Island Holidays are a very good holiday operator, and their whole operation from start to finish is second to none. I have... More

Booked with Aegean Island Holidays.Spent a week here.Transfer from airport 1hr 10mins. Luggage was quick to arrive and a prompt greeting by Ionian holiday rep who directed us to our very comfortable mini bus with complimentary water bottles.Spectacular mountainous journey as we must have been thousands of feet above sea. Assos is a very small, pretty and a non commercial... More

Typical small Greek Inn, clean with everything you need. Car needed but great location to explore the area. We were disappointed the sea view was on the other side of the hotel until night came and we found we had a lovely view over the town. would happily stay there again.

Stayed in room1 for a week which is one of the largest with a big terrace overlooking the village. The room was surprisingly big and spotless every day. Simple but effective hand held shower with curtain was more than adequate. Assos itself is a good choice with 5 tavernas, a small beach but a great location for exploring the north... More

Assos is pretty but quite isolated so a hire car is essential. Touristy with windy mountain roads and goats. Booking with Ionian & Aegean usually includes a hire car with remote places. They are an excellent agent for Greece - extremely well organised and both the trips out and return from Gatwick were hassle free. Trevor, the rep, has extensive... More

This is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the island. We visited for one week June 2013 with Ionian Aegean Island Holidays (great operators!). BIG queues for Monarch flight at Manchester so dont arrive late! Flight v good (on a brand new, 6 week old A321!) with friendly cabin crew: booked extra legroom seats and inflight... More
