The hotel is marvelous. Very nice, decorated with luxury. The rooms are huge! It was recently renovated. It is value for money. The service is excellent. If you want to treat yourself you better visit it. I think it is the best hotel in the area. It is also in the center of the city. more

I stayed at the Grand Serai hotel for 2 days, travelling to Ioannina for bussiness. It is idle located at the city center without having any noise to bother you. The rooms are very big and decorated with a traditional modernity. However the lobby was decorated with a more "heavy" clothes. Velvet curtains, old type furniture... But not a problem.... more

It is a fully renovated hotel in a way to remind the luxury life of the 18-19th century in Epirus occupied by Otoman Empire.The staff is extraordinary friendly, helpful and polite.
