we were so surprised to be met at the port by George the super friendly manager even though the hotel is just a tiny walk from the harbour. From then on nothing was too much trouble. George was so helpful and on hand to give any advice we needed. The rooms were fine, bedding etc changed and rooms cleaned every... More

We escaped to Symi from dreadful hotel in Rhodes and found such welcoming people. The hotel is few 100 yds from harbour but this is great as it is quiet. Beautiful views over Symi town and appartment spacious and delightful. Breakfast served on calm patio/garden with bouganvillea on trellis over. We had free welcome juice on arrival and delicious greek... More

we stayed in 2 double rooms for 7 nights. - Rooms with various issues e.g air-condition, siphon, rusty drying racks etc - Poor breakfast based on cheap products - Bad owner behaviour, was totally negative to receive any feedback + room cleaning + wifi

perfect location, good hospitality. especially rooms with kitchen are so big and comfortable. breakfast is only 2.5 € and it is price worth. before we went, asked for babycot and it was arranged. they also took us from port and left again to the port. with two kids and luggages, this was an important thing

A small friendly hotel 2 mins walk from the heart of the harbour. Lovely shared terrace on some rooms with a nice view. Its not the most luxurious there is but thats the idea, doesnt need to be. Simple and very clean. Definitely will go again.

Stayed for six nights at the end of September at the Grace Hotel. Small place, a short walk from the harbour. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are basic but have everything you need including TV, air con, fridge and hairdryer. My room even had a bath which is unusual for Greek accommodation, albeit without a plug! The breakfast... More

The Grace Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the Harbour. It's a Lovely little Hotel. Friendly Staff. Although we didn't have a harbour view, it's only a short walk away. Nice outside dining area. We saw the Grace studios, which are right on the harbour side, looked fabulous.

this place was very clean but did not have much else to offer. It's a little outside town -- only a five minute walk from the harbor, but one has neither a view nor an atmosphere once one reaches the hotel. At the hotel, there is a garden terrace, which is ok but not shaded enough etc. to spend a... More

Stayed here recently for a week's holiday. Most friends (with kids) staying at the Iapetos Village as it has a (paddling) pool. We opted for a studio in Grace's as was close by to that hotel and the harbour and had a terrace with a view over the roof tops and the harbour...or at least half of it (we asked... More
