The hotel looks onto a Marina with boats in the heart of Kos. Rooms were comfortable and equipped with tv, fridge and balcony overlooking the sea. A short walking distance to the beach. When we arrived the pool wasn't open because it was 'off season'.We looked up things to do on trip advisor before we came, however nothing was open... More

Kosta Palace hotel in Kos town Kos has an ideal location on the harbor, between the Lambi beach and the Old Town. Near the hotel is a large variety of restaurants. Try to get a room overlooking the harbor. Then you get to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the castle. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for a week, its right by the harbour, easy parking and very easy to walk to any restaurants. It has a roof top pool and bar such was generally very quiet and there were always sinners available. The rooms are large and well equipped. The breakfast was very good with s large selection. I would go back... More

We booked the Kosta Palace mainly for it's location and amenities. I must say, we were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. We booked 4 months in advance, requesting two harbour view apartments. Our travel agent emailed twice to reiterate this request, as we did. Imagine our pleasant surprise to be given two roof-top apartments, with our... More

Loved location and staff. Disliked not having kettle in room and noisy housekeepers (we were in room 54, accross from housekeeper's office and their supply room), they work from 7am so a long-lie is not going to happen! Not enough hot water for a bath but okay for showering. Boat trip to the 3 islands on The Katerina is a... More

Stayed here in June for a month. Spacious room, lovely view of the harbour. Within walking distance is a range of lovely restaurants and shops. Hotel staff lovely. All people we met were friendly and not pushy. 10 min walk from shingle beach, with lots if bars who will wait on you, if you buy food or drink you do... More

Like other reviewers I'm not sure how this hotel gets a 4 star rating. I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Greece before (including a couple of the excellent Grecotel chain ones in Crete and Rhodes) and this certainly comes nowhere near. It's a 3 star at best, its saving grace being its location, which is right on the harbour... More

Kosta Palace must be one of the best located hotels in Kos Town – right on the edge of the harbour. Rooftop swimming pool – and pool snack bar with fantastic views. As far as the hotel is concerned, not everyone can have a room with a harbour view, but we were lucky to have a side view. We had... More

The Kosta Palace is right on the harbour front 5 minutes to the square and the same to the beach. The rooftop pool is a little small but OK, the views are fantastic and I loved to watch the cruise ships docking and the yachts and larger sailing boats coming and going. There is a nice roof bar with seating... More

I stayed here for a week in September with my parents. I bought the holiday as a trip for them and despite booking it 5 months in advance and emailing twice we still didn't get a sea view room. I feel these should be available to book at an extra cost so people can be sure what they're getting. This... More
