Stayed here for the first 2 weeks of september and will never do so again. Hotel rooms are ok but very basic, bathroom was dirty no pressure on hot water so a cold / warm shower. Shower hand held with no shower curtain ( just as well given the state of the rest of the bathroom) so bathroom gets flooded.... more

The hotel has the best position if staying in Kos town. It has a central location overlooking the Harbour which if you are going on the boat trips or ferry is ideal. The Hotel has free Wi-Fi. Great value for money, I paid 200 euros for a weeks bed and breakfast for 2 people. No complaints about the room (No.... more

Hotel can not really recommend. The price is absurd in relation to quality. We are particularly disappointed by the inaction of air-conditioning, cleaning and bathroom. The hotel's official rating is 4, but it is our experience that the rooms of the 2 +, if it is puddle-sized swimming pool as a criterion for 2 + + would be good. The... more

We spent only two nights in this hotel which was a nightmare ! We booked from hotel web and we really paid a huge amount considering this is supposed to be one of the top hotels in Kos Town! Hotel inself is very old and neglected.. Our room was dirty, balcony door broken, I can not describe bathroom.. The smell... more

Didn't know what to expect since this place has had mixed reviews on other websites. However, for our brief late-season visit, it proved to be perfectly acceptable (although I should imagine things are a bit different in high season). Good location overlooking Kos's picturesque harbour, and just a short distance from the beach. more

Let me start off by saying that Kos is an island of contrasts. There are bleached blonde tourist babes on the beach, and rugged farmers in the mountains. The hotel is in an ideal location right on the harbour. Just make sure you request a room overlooking the harbour as this will give you an amazing view. This hotel is... more

We are a young couple who stayed at Kosta for 3 nights. Above all the service was absolutely terrible. The girl at reception was one of the rudest I have come across!!!!!! When we booked out, we were charged a very high phone bill. When I queried this, the actual price turned out to be close to half of what... more

We have recently returned from a lovely holiday in Kos, which was only marred by the two nights we spent at the Costa Palace Hotel, overlooking the Marina (it's only plus point!). Our room was dirty, the balcony door broken, the bathroom door looked as if it had been forced open with wood hanging from it, the bathroom's dirty glass... more
