The Oscar hotel is worst than an old youth hostel. Rooms are not only old, with broken door and furniture, but also very dirty. Our shower was half destroyed and poured only few drops of water. Powder was anywhere and the bathroom seemed a public latrine. The third bed was no better than a dog's bed. We passed there only... More

The Hotel is old and in need of serious remodeling . Bad Bedrooms and dirt bathrooms. Actually, same price you find much more better hotels. Hugly Hotel. Bare electrical wires to the lights, balconies that are rusted through and painted over, peeling paint, a pool that you can't see the bottom of due to the muck

The Hotel is old and in need of serious remodeling ASAP . Early 1980s style rooms and decor so very retro style . The shower and toilet were disgusting the tiles hideous I was afraid to walk barefoot lest I caught fungus on my feet .The closets smelled their age and the hangers were sticky and disgusting . Its 2014... More

Okay, I didn't expect much cause it was cheap, but still, come on! It was for 16-year-old girls who mainly did three things - screamed, played music LOUDLY and all night, and drank. We arrived there really late in the evening so just wanted to go to sleep immediately. I had just fallen asleep when the girls next door arrived... More

Where do I start on this place...we booked for 2 nights but left after 1 as the hotel is basically a health hazard. Bare electrical wires to the lights, balconies that are rusted through and painted over, peeling paint, a pool that you can't see the bottom of due to the muck, the overall smell of damp and mould, beds... We arrived at 6am to drunk teenagers passed out in the hotel lobby lounges. We checked in and made our way to the room. We were greeted with empty booze bottles in the hall way ref-pictures. Enough said. The only good reviews on this hotel are from drunk and trashy teens that think that to live like a pig ok....... More

We booked this hotel for just for use during the day in between arriving by ferry in KOS from TILOS. Our plan was to leave our luggage in the room and spend the day relaxing by the pool before having a shower and continuing our journey home by an overnight flight. The hotel is purely for the under 18's who... More

We went at this hotel for 1 night: family room is big, but in one of the bathroom, there is an electric plug inside the shower! Everything was dirty and nothing works: everything is out of order. All the night, it was very noisy and in the morning, young people came back to the hotel, drunk and noisy. I did'nt... More

First time staying at the Oscar,it was fantastic. Very clean pleasant rooms. The staff are all so friendly and helpful,in reception and in the bar. It's in an excellent location for the town centre(with bar street). Excellent service and a great pool with pool bar and snacks. We were made to feel very welcome and safe and enjoyed every moment of... More

Had a great holiday in Kos Town which was made even better by staying in the Oscar Hotel. The Hotel is in the centre so is within walking distance to all amenities. The hotel staff were great, especially the bar and restaurant staff, where we spent most of our time. We ate there on several occasions and the food was... More
