First we got a room which was so small that we had to get in bed at the front sides. Room was old and not quite clean. Fridge made lot of noise. We changed to another room which was huge, but looked like the old outer square with walls build later. Bath room was very small and not well cleaned.... More

Mrs Nitsa and her son are lovely people! Their resort is located at the central part of Kos and you can walk up to the main street of Kos near the port where you can find nice restaurants and cafeterias. The rooms are clean, light full and they have a small kitchen with a stove! The price compared to its... More

No smell of hotel chains here, just good old fashioned service. Rooms are basic of course you get what you pay for. What is priceless are the recommendations for things to do, and friendly chat all in English of course. It's a place you'd stay if you were for a while, on a budget.

Very nice family run apartments a block off the beach in Kos. Room was clean and spacious and was really nice having the ability to make coffee, cook a meal and have a refrigerator. Staff really helpful in locating a rental car for us and recommending an excellent restaurant. Price was really reasonable for October. Will definitely come back.

I was happy with the location (right across the road from the beach) and the staff were really helpful. They offered so many places for us to go and recommended the best places to eat. The rooms were simple and clean and we had a great view of the beach!

The room are very basic, but the location is perfect, just inf ront of the sea, and 2 minutes far from the city centre. The owner is very kind, and he can provides you all the information that you need. It's perfect if you don't have very high expectation regardind cleaning and forniture. We were 16 friends and we really... More

Nitsa and her family were the best host family, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was good, very clean, overlooking the street then out to sea, and had a small kitchenette. Nitsa booked a car for us, and it was delivered right to our doorstep! Highly recommend.

The rooms here are very basic and dated accommodation, if you are expecting more, you will be disappointed. Not all accommodation may be as shown in the photos. Our room was next door to the main property and we entered through a newspaper covered vacant commercial property. Wifi coverage was spotty when available. Nitsa, the manager, was very friendly and... More

Let's start by saying, this is a one star experience. If you are looking for a five star experience, you'd best not book here. I arrived pretty late after an hours flight delay and booking myself onto a transfer that took way longer than I expected (the biggest lie of my holiday - transfer aprox 40 mins!)Nitsa and her son... Nitsa is the best surprise to an arriving traveller full of solid information and communicates with good English and a fun sense of humour and Turkish-Greek history. I had six beds for just myself . Request breakfast as it is worth it.
