The Hotel Elena used to be a great place to stay in the '90s. That's when the owner's daughters were visible and in full charge at the front desk - they were both extremely sweet and nice people. But then, they effectively handed over day to day management to a couple of Athenian young men... one with an attitude and... more

My traveling companion and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. When we first arrived, we got in late at night and they had given our room away. We had to stay in a backup room that was sub par but the friendly and helpful hotel staff immediately offered up their best room for our second night as well... more

Hotel Elena was a great hotel - good location, simply decorated, very friendly staff. We able to easily walk down to the harbor, as well as to the main road where several rental car/bike places were located. It was located so close to everything, that the only places we needed to drive were the beaches which were about 10-15 minutes... more

This hotel was recommended by a travel agent (Aegean Thesaurus Travel - who by the way was very helpful just not one the mark). It was one of the most expensive hotels we would be paying for on this trip but certainly not the best. Yes, it has a decent breakfast. Not necessarily traditional but very complete. Yes, it has... more

My civil partner and i have just returned from 7 nights at the Elena. I have been to Mykonos on a regular basis for 25 years and have stayed at many of the hotels in the town - we always prefer to stay within easy walking distance of the town's bars, restaurants, shops and buses. The Elena is the best... more

This hotel is a perfect 10!!!! It is located within 3 minutes walk from the center of Mykonos town but it is really quiet. All the staff is very friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was the most amazing thing! It had anything you might think you will need to start your day and even more!!! The rooms... more

The hotel is great in every aspect. The location is perfect - close to everything, but peaceful. Our room was large and clean as was our terrace. The breakfast was the best we had in Greece, served on a lovely terrace with attentive and courteous staff. Highly recommended. more

My friend and I stayed only one night at the Elena Hotel but found it very comfortable. The twin room we had was very clean, the bathroom was well stocked, and there was a little balcony with a fantastic view of the town and the sea. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our travels in Greece. It... more

Every year we stay 2 times (June/September) for one week in Myconos, Hotel Elena is one of the best hotels near the "city-centre" however in a quite location. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen in Greece even when you compare it to the 5 star hotels. Very friendly staff. more

This was a fantastic place. I was just there with a large college tour group and we loved it. It has a very bed and breakfast feel to it since it has less than 30 rooms. Every room provides a fantastic view of some part of the island. We found that the rooms varied greatly (fridge, size, decor, shower/tub) from... more
