My husband and I stayed at Hotel Leo for three nights very recently and had a great stay. The building itself is very beautiful - each room is unique and well decorated. We were on the second floor, in a room with a double balcony. We were facing the street, but had no concerns regarding noise. The A/C worked very... More

This hotel is centrally located in Rethymnon so is great to explore the city from. The uniqueness of the hotel (being a refurnished old mansion) was incredible and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights in Rethymnon which was plenty. The hotel was perfectly located in old town with everything at your doorstep. The Hotel is beautifully renovated and rooms are very nice and furnished with quality fittings. My only complaint is we booked for 3 single beds and were given a king and a fold out chair that my 21... More

Eleni and Athena were the two managers that were really helpful and friendly and always available to answer our questions. This hotel was highly recommended to us by our travel agent and we could see why it was so. The hotel is an old reconstructed Venetian building and has less than 10 rooms in total. Since it is an old... More

You will find the hotel in a small narrow street direct in the old town. The hotel itself and the rooms are really nice. Each room is different. The rooms are quiet and modern equipped. But you are right in the middle of the city, it could be a bit louder in summer. The breakfast is alright and will be... More

My wife and I stayed at the Leo Hotel in Old Town for four days in May. We had a very well appointed and large room on the second floor. The room was very quiet and clean. The free Wi-Fi worked well. We were served a made-to-order breakfast every morning at a table beneath the bougainvillea vines! What made our... More

I am a bit late in making this review but I wanted to pass on my recommendation. My Husband and I stayed here in September 2012. Quite simply the rooms were absolutely stunning. it is perfectly located for all beach restaurant ans shopping fun - plus there was always a great supply of parking very nearby. I loved the town,... We really loved this hotel. It's perfectly located. Driving into the centre of the old part of Rethymnon is not possible - however, you can easily park on the coastal road that goes around the fortress and walk to it. (We drove to the very end of the road and unloaded the luggage, and then my husband drove back down... More

Quite simply the Leo Hotel is a really relaxing and comfortable hotel to stay in and its conveniently placed within very short walking distances to the old town, beaches and the beautiful port/harbour. We stayed here for 7 days and found the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and tidy, it has recently been refurbed throughout,... More

We probably got one of the best rooms (loft style with high ceilings) with a street view for 1 night stay at this property. The front desk staff was very polite and she actually escorted us to the room herself offering to carry one of our luggage pieces. For a first timer, the hotel is a bit difficult to get... More
