I stayed at the Brascos for 3 nights (£30pn single including breakfast, booked through Travel Republic). It is a fairly basic 3 Star hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly, and in a good location just outside the Old Town. This was my second stay here, and on this occasion I had a single room which, although it had been redecorated, seemed rather... More

The hotel is very conveniently situated to explore Rethymno and very well priced. Basic and noisy but functional and clean. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff. However I wouldn't recommend to anyone to eat there. We had booked half board and i can honestly say the food was the worst i had in Greece ( I live here). Most of... More

We stayed at braskos for three days in late spring attending a convention at the University. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Next to the old town, very easy to reach the bus station even on foot and next to a bus stop. I couldn't not mention the rich breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. As for... More

We stayed here a year ago and decided not to use it again as the decor was poor and so was the food. But we could only get thus for a late break. The rooms have been painted with new hard floors avoiding the stained carpet. The service has improved as the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels daily.... More

We were with my girlfriend in this hotel and it was great stay. The roofbar was amazing, cheap prizes and goos service. And the view from roof was awesome. Drinks was great and hotel service was exellent. Hotel was pretty much clean exept pool. Breakfast was good and there was lots of eating. Hotel location was great and taxis was... More

We return to Brascos because there is a homely feel to the place and they provide excellent service throughout. All the facilities are what one expects from a 3 star hotel, with the bonus of efficient friendly staff. It may not have all the gold trimmings but it certainly has a silver lining.

Brascos Hotel is a fantastic base for a stay in Rethymnon. Just 5 minutes walk from the old town and little more to the bus station for the more adventurous. The standard is unbelievably good for the price they charge and the staff are all extremely friendly whilst highly professional and efficient. Their rooftop bar is a unique feature that... More

Me and my partner would love to recommend this hotel to anybody looking to have a great holiday on a budget. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was on the 1st floor. Upon entering we were initially taken aback because the walls were painted red, so it appeared a bit dark. After a long day's travelling we were... More

We visited the Carnival in Rethymno in March 2011 and therefore where looking for a reasonably priced Hotel within the City, close to the "Action". We found Brasco via Trivago to a very good price. Based on our needs (actualy we where looking just for a place to sleep because we are familiar with the area) it was a wonderful... More

Very good for the price. Was very happy they were able to accommodate a family of 4 in one suite with 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony on the 6th floor was not bad at all. The breakfast area was pleasant with option to eat inside or outside. Parking was... More
