This hotel is very well located, the pool is nice and the area is clean. The food is good and diverse, the service is excellent. This is a French speaking place. The sea shore is composed of a soft layer of white sand, however when the sea shore line breaks the water, one should wear protective foot-wear because of the... More

This is now a Francophone hotel catering almost exclusively to French through the Marmara agency. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. Beds are rock hard, and the food is disappointing. Staff is friendly especially if you speak English. Unless you're French, avoid the club atmosphere and use the hotel as a based for seeing Crete. There is a good excursion... More

Our transfer buss from airport was stopping near many hotels, but our hotel was one of the nicest. Also second impression was good - nice staff and a good room. I expected much better beach, but also other hotels have same rocky beaches. We spent more time in the nice hotel pool. Hotel wass a little bit too far from... More

Have spended 10 days there on 2005, with wife and small kid, and have only words of praise for this hotel. We've been given spacious room with one smaller connected room for the kid. Kid's room have had separate bathroom and even separate portable air condition (what I find very usefull, cause adults can sleep with a bit colder settings... More

We stayed at this hotel in July 2006 for two weeks. The hotel is clean and have a nice hall, and these are the only two qualities. The rooms are quite small, poorly furnished and look very cheap in general (something like a modest 3 stars in continental Europe) when we arrived there were leaks in the toilet and the... More

We stayed at the Rethymno Palace hotel in june of 2003. The hotel had a clean and smart appearance and the location is a convenient bus ride to Rethymnon. The staff were efficient but not friendly in general but the bar staff namely Nikos and Elitherea were entertaining and easy company. The hotel caters for mainland european visitors and this... More
