Likes • Excellent food • Warm, not overly busy pools • Friendly staff • Reasonable selection of all inclusive drinks • Close to old town location Dislikes • Poor air conditioning in the room and entire building– very hot • Occasional penny pinching attitude • Faded glamour appearance • Slightly too few sunbeds My wife and I (both late 20s)... We had 2weeks stay with a 7months old baby. Our room was in the annex which certainly needs some renovation as the furniture and the bathroom is quite old. Though it was perfectly cleaned every day The food was qualityful especially the greek specialities which in my opinion they should do prefer to internation cuisine. The bread was just fabuluous.... A lot of positive things have been written about this one and I agree to most of it. We stayed in the main building, fourth floor with a nice terrace and we could actually even see the sea (Saounatsou street). The hotel is clean as were the rooms. Perhaps you could see the age of the building already a little... More

Just returned from 10 days at this wonderful hotel from start to finish the hotel could not be faulted. We were in a party of 9 ages ranging from 7 years to 79 years!!! We stayed in the superior rooms which were 5 star quality!! Robes/slippers safe. Fridge. Kettle and tea making facilities. Fresh water everyday and on arrival we... More

Just finished a week at this hotel which was very nice. Al though it is crucial what part of the hotel you stay in. Make sure you stay clear of the annex!! This side building is more like a 2-star hotel, wether you booked a suite or standard room. The room looked nothing like the pictures..! This is where my... More

From start to finish, I cannot fault the two week holiday that we had here. Admittedly, it was RIGHT at the start of the 'season' and all the staff had just come back to work after their 5 month break. However, their enthusiasm was such that I can't imagine that it would wane too much as the season progresses. My... More

We booked Theartemis through Monarch / Cosmos holidays. 2 adults and a 5 year old - Half Board When we looked at it on line via the holiday company AND the hotels website it looked good. Great reviews on Tripadvisor assisted. We arrived under our own steam from the airport, so no clamber to check in with other coach members.... More

The staff was friendly, rooms and the whole hotel was clean. I had an all inclusive and I liked the food very much. The situation was great nearby the sea, but at night I was disturbed by traffic noises. The room was a little bit old- fashioned but very clean! The room was cleaned every day. The pool area was... Location was perfect if beach is what you want. You just walk two blocks and there you are, almost in the water. To old town and city centre there was 20-25 minutes walk, but many shops and restaurants on the way so the walk was pretty nice too. Room was very comfortable and overall cleanliness of the hotel was very... More
