Clean, nice rooms, ok pools, good food. Not the most child friendly hotel, but we realise that the hotel isnt meant for loads of kids. Our only negative experience with this hotel was lots of rude french guests. They really need to learn normal behavior.

We stayed in the Theartemis Palace for a week with a group of 10 people. In total we had five rooms and they were separated all over the hotel, three of them being in the main building and two of them in the annex building. That wasn't a problem though as the all inclusive bar served as a good meeting... More

I am still currently on holiday at theartemis palace and it's a fab hotel! The all inclusive would match the Riu hotels that I have stayed in? The food is excellent with plenty of choice and variety of Greek foods as well as cater for all nationalities. The rooms are spotless with nice modern bathrooms. The staff are very friendly.... Was here for a week in mid April for a relaxing week. Excellent hotel, clean, nice rooms and excellent staff. Aris and michaelis in the bar are first rate. Location is very good. Easy to find if you drive from heraklion. Just far enough from town to take advantage of quiet, many good bars and restaurants close by or a... More

We went here as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 10 for an Easter break in the sun. Having found the hotel online and after reading reviews it seemed like a good choice and great value all inclusive option. We flew into Chania Airport with Ryan Air and where met by a representative from... More

This was our first family holiday in a hotel in 24 years. We did a bit of research beforehand but found that this hotel fitted the bill. I was looking for somewhere that was close to a town so that i would not have to drive everywhere and be able to go out for a few drinks etc. We have... More

A great hotel. Very friendly stuff, excellent food. Very children-friendly. Practical: nice indoor pool, very suitable for children. Very good animation for children. Perfect cleaning. We would certainly choose it again in the future.

Likes • Excellent food • Warm, not overly busy pools • Friendly staff • Reasonable selection of all inclusive drinks • Close to old town location Dislikes • Poor air conditioning in the room and entire building– very hot • Occasional penny pinching attitude • Faded glamour appearance • Slightly too few sunbeds My wife and I (both late 20s)... We had 2weeks stay with a 7months old baby. Our room was in the annex which certainly needs some renovation as the furniture and the bathroom is quite old. Though it was perfectly cleaned every day The food was qualityful especially the greek specialities which in my opinion they should do prefer to internation cuisine. The bread was just fabuluous.... A lot of positive things have been written about this one and I agree to most of it. We stayed in the main building, fourth floor with a nice terrace and we could actually even see the sea (Saounatsou street). The hotel is clean as were the rooms. Perhaps you could see the age of the building already a little... More
