Having scanned tripadvisor for reviews on hotels in the area we booked Antica Dimora Suites and boy are we happy! This small hotel is absolutely beautiful, all nine suites are beautifully decorated, old stonework exposed, beams, four posters.... I could go on forever about the visual delights of this hotel. The hotel is in the centre of the old town... More

The hotel staff is extremely nice; you just feel so welcomed. We stayed in a Executive Suite with a balcony and the room was so beautiful. Breakfast was great too, but there are three tables on the ground floor where the breakfast action is happening, so it is best to call the reception (which is on the ground floor too... More

My partner and I stayed for a week at Antica Dimora. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and the hotel was beautiful. We spent most of our days by the pool which we often had to ourselves and is a sun trap until around 4. We looked at other hotels with pools in the old town and walked past... More

Found the hotel on Tripadvisor and we booked a week in a suite during May/June 2015. The rooms were super, staff were excellent and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a superb position to discover the old town and it had very good amenities. The breakfast has a wide choice of hot and cold buffet food and staff are always trying... More

Out of curiosity having spent the last week of April 2015 at the Antica Dimora Suites I decided to see what other TripAdvisor members thought. To my surprise they all gave very complementary reviews of the breakfast. Sadly our experience was some what different. The hot food on offer or in our case Luke warm and on one morning sadly... We stayed here for a week in early May and cannot recommend it highly enough. We've never stayed anywhere with such an amazing team of staff, we felt so welcome, they were so helpful and offered us more than could be expected. Firstly we were met from the airport bus by Vaso, who greeted us like old friends. She led... More

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and we came back so soon because it was amazingly good the first time around. Its a stunning building in the heart of Rethymnon old town but more than that, the staff are truly the best we have ever encountered. Because its so small, they have the capacity... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights in September. Very clean and well run place. Location was perfect for us, in the heart of old town, close to everything, but quiet and peaceful once you were inside. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff (Elli and Andriana) was amazing - so helpful and genuinely good-natured - we will always... More

Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in the back streets behind Rethymnon harbour. Magnificent refurb, big king size four poster bed, jacuzzi type bath, luxuriously appointed rooms. But best of all is Eli the welcoming woman who looked after our every need and provided a breakfast that was beyond belief. Great service makes a good hotel great and Eli is a... More

Our stay did not start off well. First we had rented a car and had no idea where we were going. Because the hotel is in the old part of town where no cars are allowed, you have to park about a half a block away in a lot. We had not thought to ask what to put in out... More
