This delightful villa is in a quiet secluded location on the outskirts of a pleasant village, not a resort. The house and garden are comfortable and equipped to a high standard, and the abundance of toys, both the large basket inside and the playground outside, make it a paradise for young children. What made our holiday so memorable was the... More

This summer we have had the privilege to enjoy nine days of luxurious vacations at “Villa Anastasia” and we couldn’t feel more proud for having discovered the best Villa at the area of Rethymnon, Crete. “Villa Anastasia” is an amazingly charming, fully equipped, all spacious house surrounded by a large, peaceful, very relaxing and shady garden of all kinds of... We visited Villa Anastasia in June of 2014 for 7 nights Was a great find the villa was spotlessly clean and the outside space was exquisite. It was cosy and warm and so private. The people there selves are so warm and friendly and respect your privacy but cant do enough to make your visit special Anastasia and Elena and... More

Last summer we visited the island of Crete and stayed at Villa Anastasia for 5 nights. Definitely a great decision. The kids loved it and my husband and I promised them that we will go back again. The Villa is like shown in the pictures, so beautiful and everything has been chosen with extra detail. Anastasia is a very friendly... More

What we wanted: a quite, very intimate and romantic place; what we got extra: a very cozy and warm place to stay, very good warm and local food made by Anastasia (the grandma:), very nice, interesting and... We've just returned from a truly wonderful fortnight in the beautiful Villa Anastasia. The property is beautiful & offers really good living space. Plus, everything is there! We were travelling with young children & it was so refreshing not to have to 'make do'. Cots, high chairs, bed guards... They even changed the bedding to adorable kids sheets & gave... More

Incredible! I can't stress how beautiful this place is! Journey from airport very straightforward. We arrived late with two small children. Pulled up outside plenty of parking along quiet lane along side villa. The second we opened the secure gate into the villa we were in awe! Speechless! An enclosed paradise beautiful lighting, garden with olive trees and a beautiful... More

We enjoyed a marvelous week here in late June 2011. The villa was most comfortable for us two couples and so centrally located to get to Knossos, coastal monasteries, excellent beaches, quaint local villages, and all the other Cretan attractions. And "Bravo" to our lovely host Anastasia, who kept us provisioned with tasty pastry snacks. It was also a pleasure... More
