Spent two weeks with my family in one of the newly built bungalows on the 'outskirts' of the hotel. The rooms were modestly furnished but it was more a case of elegant minimalism rather than cheap blandness. Everything including the surroundings and pool areas was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was varied and plentiful with frequent afternoon extras... More

We (2 adults, 2 children) have just returned from Crete having spent one excellent "all inclusive" week at the Thomas Cook Village Hotel at Ostria Beach near Ierapetra. After enduring our extended flight itinerary from Lyon to Heraklion (via Nantes.!!) we arrived wearily at the hotel in the wee small hours of Sunday morning to be greeted to an inviting... More

We were four wonderful nights (12-16-09-2013) at the 4 star fantastic hotel. Located an hour and a half from the airport Harkilon. The hotel occupies a large area with swimming pools next to the beach. Excellent food chef comes at lunch and dinner to check with all right. Delicious food, very excellent service, everything we asked for we got. In... More

We've spent one week in this hotel in June. While the hotel from the outside resembles Greek town, the inside doesn't live up to promise. The rooms are old-fashioned and furniture worn, definitely not deserving 4 stars. There is no kettle inside the room. Majority of the food is bland and the breakfasts are really poor with scrambled eggs made... More

Great family vacation, yet can be also great for couples and friend. it is not a noisy village, yet more quiet and relaxed. Food is great and versatile, from Greek to french, all in high quality and great presentation. Special nights (Galla, Greek) are great atmosphere. The animation team helps a lot and has a long list of activities, such... More

The food in this hotel is simply amazing!!! Unbelievable! And the variety of dishes and desserts is astonishing! The private beach is quiet and beautiful, and also the pools. The hotels gardens are also beautiful and well kept. On the down side - it's an hotel for French people, so if you don't speak french you feel a bit like... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. When you book on this hotel nobody tells you that is a Thomas Cook French Village, thing that means that is a hotel full of french people and french colture and all the hotel plan is based how to make French have fun..Well this is not the worst thing , the worst...
