Glad I stayed here. Great position, close to and within the old walled city. if you have a car you may jag a parking space outside or close by as the road skirts past this hotel, car parking available down the road for a cost. Internet for free. Easy and close walk to the shops and restaurants and the markets... More

We only stayed for one night at Kronos as we had arrived by ferry from Santorini, on our way to Chania. The location was perfect, close to the port for both our arrival and then for picking up our rental car at the port the next morning. We were given a map of the area, upon arrival, as well as... If you plan to stay in Heraklion be aware that there is traffic and noise almost 24 hours everywhere!! The Kronos Hotel is right in the centre, you only have to walk 3 minutes to the pedestrian zone which leads you directly to the main places of interest. And the warm and helpfull people at the reception!!! They all are... More

I liked the hotel. I was there dir conference. Room is small. And there are problems in the room but clean and enoough. You may stay if you are not looking more. That is good and i recommend it. The staff is so nice. Location is perfect. Retaurants around are good. I may stay with family also. Will go again.... More

Hotel - it was about 10 min away from the airport and our taxi fare was 15 euros. The hotel is across the street from the water. Location - The best part of the hotel is the location- you are a few minutes walk from the old fortress, and the shopping streets. If asked, the front desk person will give... More

Stayed one night on way to main destination. Easy to find from airport though parking is not easy. Very friendly and helpful reception. Clean air conditioned room with small balcony with sideways view of the sea. WiFi free. Lift. Central for museums, old town and restaurants. Considered 60 euros for B and B very good value.

Location is great. Within walking distance to most things needed. Had a seaview room. Lovely view and watched the overnight ferries come in each morning. Archaeological digging just across the road. Very clean hotel. Stayed in room 201 which was renovated and modern. Family owned, very friendly and helpful. The tavernas just outside on the esplanade are great. Ate at... More

This hotel is close to the pedestrian mall, the port ant the fort. We walked every where except the airport and the ferry port. The accommodation is very nice. We were in 101 and there was lots of room for both bags to be open at the same time and still move around. The beds were made and the room... More

We recently stayed at the Kronos Hotel for one night. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and was only a few euros extra. This hotel was perfect for us as we arrived by ferry from Santorini early evening and only had a short drive from the port. There were restaurants over the... More

Stayed here for three nights. The staff was helpful. There's a little elevator. A little slow and dodgy but does the job. The room was not super fancy, the place feels a bit old it general, but it was clean, everything worked, the view was nice. I had no complaints. The location I thought was really nice. Close to stuff.... More
