Stayed here on two separate nights at the end of September. Met three different staff members and they were all as helpful and friendly as they were three years ago when I last stayed. The hotel is very much the same also. We stayed in rooms 310 and 308. It is worth noting that 308 has a hand held shower... More

We arrived late into Heraklion so wanted a cheap hotel for one night close to the airport. We had a bad experience arriving late into Heraklion off a ferry years ago so were a bit nervous about where to stay. The taxi ride to the hotel cost us 10 euros and we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and... More

Staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. We asked for a coffee and the young lady on reception took a lot of trouble to make it nice for us, she told us of a good place to eat and was very professional whilst friendly too.

The hotel is nice also if our room was not very new but with the essentials. It's good just to spend one/two nights in order to visit Heraklion and the surroundings The center of the city can be reached by foot in 15/20 min.: very convenient! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We chose this as it said it was 500m from the port. It was more like 700m away from the port and you went past a McDonald's on route. We had asked for a double room but like most places here we got two singles beds but they weren't even pushed together. The bathroom smelt like urine and the shower... More

THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE BIT OLD BUT IT IS FINE. Tha staff is very nice and friendly and they attend what you need. Before getting there , they sent us an email with information. 10 minutes walk from centre town. In summer very hot but good air conditionning. Do not take de breakfast, it's 5 euros and horrible

we spent 3 nights in this hotel. conveniently located close to the main bus station, the port, the bus stop to the airport and the city center, all can be reached in 10 minutes walk. the road in front of the hotel is very busy and together with the airport traffic create some noise in the room. our room was... For some reasons we made an imminent booking at this hotel with no knowledge. As many reviewers comment, the best advantage of this hotel is location, if you need to go to the port area for a ferry or a bus ride, The room is rather basic but well-kept. The bath room is not spacious enough but considering the expense... More

One of the best hotels I've stayed in (I'm a business traveller who spent over 200 nights in hotels around the world in 2012). The staffs were amazing. A special thanks goes to Miltos for all his help with finding good restaurants. I'd love to come back to his hotel at some other time. Thank you for such a wonderful... More

We stayed here for just a night, before our morning ferry to Santorini. It worked perfectly for us, being walking distance from the bus stop, the museum and the port! So we ended up saving on transport for all 3 :) Fortunately we didn't really spend too much time in the room, it was pretty small, especially for 3 girls... More
