We stayed in a three bed room at very end of July for three nights. Nice room on first floor - view onto trees and the new harbour - probably better view if higher. Simple room but air conditioning was good. Stunning breakfast room on sixth floor with view of the Venetian Harbour. Great breakfast with wide choice of local... More

One of a kind, "boutique" hotel in the Irakleion port area without the noise, pollution and ugliness of a city centre. Ideal for business or for short stays near the port and the airport for a quick look at Irakleion and nearby areas. Small but fully-functional rooms, wifi in the rooms and everywhere in the hotel. Full (with everything from... More

Quiet place near the historic center and touristic attractions of Heraklion. The room is not very large but it was enough for a couple of days. The view of the restaurant is beautiful, and the breakfeast is good.

We arrived at 4.00am our room was booked from later that morning although we had to wait until 9.00am the hotel was open and welcoming with coffee and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is amazing but get there early as choice becomes limited. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. Room was spacious and clean but the public areas could do... More

The hotel has a lovely position, it's close to the city center and the bus station, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious in a reastaurant on the top floor with a wonderful view. The hotel needs some after-treatment of the rooms. Everything looked great, but when I check under the bed there were some dusty spots and... More

Picked the Marin Dream because of the photo of its restaurant with 180 degree view of Heraklion harbour and it did not disappoint. Stayed there on 2 separate occasions in July and was really surprised when the standard room we booked (through a discount website) had a big balcony and sea view! The location is superb within a few minutes... More

This hotel is close to the port and the bus station, but otherwise undistinguished. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but they need to add a few more luxuries if they want to reach the standard I think they want to achieve. The breakfast was terrible - pretty much inedible - and I wasn't particularly impressed with the small sachets... More
