We picked Matala Bay due to the good reviews and price for half board. The rooms themselves were very nice and clean and well equipped and included safe, fridg, tv and a/c included. My partner and I have recently returned from a holiday in Crete where we stayed at the Matala Bay Hotel on a half board basis. This is a simple hotel, but is excellent value for money.
