My daughter and I were at this hotel for three nights with an EF Tours Group. This was the best of all the hotels we stayed at in Greece. Unlike other hotels, the staff at this hotel made us feel welcome. The staff went out of their way to help me with some issues I had with my room and... more

The service was excellent. The staff very pleasant and caring. The rooms were in a fair good condition and the only negative was that our room had no hot water. So we moved to another one which had hot water. The breakfast was good and personally I hoped to find cretan products like cretan cheese and milk products as well... more

Very good hotel for a three star with many facilities including internet access , tv/sat, clean large rooms, but most of all the breakfast room and cafeteria on the roof is unique the only disadvantage is quite far from the center of the city of Heraklion, which takes about 15min walk as the traffic is awful more

The hotel was alright, our room did smell. The air conditioner did work well, which was nice. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant was great although the drinks were expensive. The parking there was in parking garage which was nice. The staff were all very helpful and answered all of our questions about the city. The man at the front... more

Comfortable, clean and very well located just outside walls of old city. 5 minutes from the port. Staff were excellent. I accidently left my passport in another hotel 5 hours away. Michael (front desk reception) was super helpful. Got on the phone immediately with the other hotel and the courier company. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are staying... more

Our room was great with free air conditioning and free WIFI. Room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. The only problem was the fridge/freezer which began collect so much ice that we couldn't close the door! Staff took about 3 days to try to remedy this problem by telling us to defrost it and then by putting a... more

Room was clean and comfortable. Neverthless sometimes a very bad smell came in the room... The main interest of this hotel is that it is located very near to the center of Heraklion. Basic breakfast with false orange juice but at the top floor with a nice view... Staff is very nice and there is a car park at 5... more
