Entirely pleased with the hotel rooms although to get to any room meant negotiating quite a number of steps; making it unsuitable for anyone with a disabililty. The hotel staff were excetionally friendly and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned, and I mean cleaned, every day with towels changed every day. This is the worst hotel ever. To be an Al inclusive it is really bad. The food was tasteless and they serve no meat. Of course - if you want to pay 18€/pers. for a Cretan night you will be served a barbecue. The dessert was the same every day-boring??!! The coffee does not taste coffe. The snacks they say... more

First I walked from Victoria Station to the Hotel (less than 4 minutes). After pounding the locked door, I was taken to another hotel 3 doors along called the Holly something or other.
