A quite clean hotel in the heart of the city of Heraklion. First impression very good. Warm and polite receptionists welcome you and pass to you all the information you need. Big rooms, clean and with free wi-fi. Rich breakfast with a lot choices of local products focused to mediterranean diet. Ask for high floor rooms especially the room 506... More

The hotel is good clean, the people at the reception desk are very helpful , the buffet breakfast is very good, nothing is missing. Room is ok and clean, I have on the top floor with balcony facing the ocean ( about 2 blocks), around the hotel are many restaurants, cantinas, downtown is only 4 Blocks away and you will... More

Me and my friends had a nice 3 night stay. Our room (105) was very nice and clean. All rooms are well equipped and have their own balcony. Our friends had a nice but smaller room (111). The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Great location, near to shops, bars and restaurants. Free internet access and satellite... More

We had a nice stay here. It is just steps away from the sea, where you can see excavations going on. And very close to other sites of interest. The breakfast was fine. I will note that we were given what was supposed to be a nonsmoking room on a nonsmoking floor, but it smelled otherwise. We complained the the... More

Me and my boyfriend spent last night in this hotel and when we arrived we were nicely surprised. We were upgraded (from a basic double room to a junior suite). The hotel is nice and well located. That specific room was very good and the breakfast truly amazing for its big variety. It could have been a 4/5 star one.... More

Clean room for three with a balcony. Not high enough floor to get a great sea view. Breakfast room has an out door space which is nice. Food choices were fine. Hotel is located on a side street which is quite narrow with difficult to navigate sidewalks. Very near pedestrian streets with restaurants.

Friendly reception, very good service, good breakfast; excellent room (high floors have sea view, over the top of neighbouring buildings), the room was large and spacious for the two of us, water pressure in the shower always good (may be an issue in the Greek islands), pleasantly decorated, functional, with a large terrace with table and chairs where you can... The staff was terrific. The breakfast outstanding. Comfortable bed. Nice modern decor. It is in a good central location. We had requested a non smoking room and very put in a smoky room. It was changed to another room but this room had a musty smell. The price was very reasonable. Get rid of the smells and it will be... More

A block from the waterfront and the Historical Museum of Crete, and the city centre is barely a five-minute walk. It is close to just about everything, but on a relatively quiet street. One of the hotel's advertising pictures might make it look as though the hotel is directly on the waterfront, with balconies cantilevered over the water. There are... More

Good staff, large triple room, clean, comfortable, sound-proof, good situation a few minutes walk from old town and haven. Breakfast more than adequate with nearly everything you would like except fruits (only water-melon). Aircon and WIFI ok. 2 small greek not "too much touristic" restaurants in the same street for lunch or dinner. In case you would like to rent... More
