We recently stayed at Lato Boutique Hotel and were very impressed by the staff, the food, the room, the service and the fabulous location. Renata at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. We mentioned we would like some ice and it was brought to our room within minutes. My husband needed an adaptor and was offered one immediately.... More

We spent the last two nights of our trip to Crete at Lato Boutique Hotel. I booked and prepaid a sea view room with buffet breakfast included. The room was a good size with a huge supremely comfortable king bed and shower with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately I had omitted to request a bath tub, common in Australian hotels... More

This was the perfect choice for our stay in Crete: a great base from which to experience & explore not only Heraklion, but also other areas of the island. The hotel is very comfortable, smart and quiet. Our room in the Annexe was great, having all the features we expect, including tea/ coffee making facilities. Overall very good sleep quality.... This hotel is perfectly located, close to the port and bus station. Only 10 euros from the airport. It's only 5 mins walk to the center of town Rooms were clean, bathroom small and a bit pokey and smelled like sewer a little but if you keep the door closed it fine. Their buffet breakfast is included in the room... More

Good location adjacent to pedestrian shopping/eating street, across from scenic Venetian port, and a couple of blocks from the bus station & taxi stand. Breakfast is quite good (buffet with some nice touches including fresh squeezed oj). We checked out early the last day so I requested a boxed breakfast. Although there was enough food, it was stale. Our junior... More

The hotel has a very special interior decoration both in public areas as well as in the rooms. Its location is excellent, having a splendid view of the port and the sea, within 2 minutes walk from the city's center. Breakfast was excellent. Visit the restaurant on the roof top, it has a splendid view of the area.

My wife and I stayed here in late May 2015 in the harbour view suite and one of the best rooms we have stayed in, and we have experienced numerous. Well appointed and great location, a short walk to all POI's. Very reasonable rates.

This was our fifth stop on a Road Scholar tour of Greece. What a nice surprise! This hotel was modern and in a good location, a few blocks from a pedestrian only area of Heraklion, Crete. Though the area near the hotel seemed run down, the hotel was right up to date. Our room was large with two bedside tables,... More

When we reached we had a booking for a superior room and we were sent to the annexe building with absolutely not the kind of room we had booked. Nevertheless we got them to shift us in the new building and that was fine then. I just felt they should have given us the proper room when we checked in... More

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful hotel, room 203, for 5 nights. Checking in was easy and quick. We had taken advantage of the hotel offer to arrange our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Slightly more expensive than taxis (€15 compared with ~€10) but worth the convenience. Our room had separate sitting and sleeping areas -... More
