Great location - pedestrian walk a block to the left and the bus stop to the right. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. Nice, modern room that was clean. We liked the rooftop pool and enjoyed the views. Staff was attentive and helpful too.

Good and not so expensive hotel, breakfast above average, they have a very good Italian coffee! It is a pity the swimming pool is open only during the summer time as it is outdoor, Recommended anyway!

It was just an ordinary hotel! Nothing special! The location is good since it near the center of Heraklion and it is easy to walk around! The decoration of the rooms can't say that it was my cup of tea... Though, the personell was friendly and the food was a good value for money!

Great spot right on the city center, very good service from the personnel and the breakfast area is interesting (watching people passing t in the city center) but the rooms are rather too small and the location just to noisy for my taste. I think it is somehow overrated being a multiple star hotel

This hotel is in the centre of the heart of Heraklion town centre! We went there 3 times and location helps a lot for shopping, eating, find taxi, everything! There is a fantastic roof bar with a view of all Heraklion and the best chocolate milkshakes ever! It is clean, tidy, and the service is very good! Thank you! :)

across from elefherias square, archeological museum round the corner, bus to knossos nearby, with all the attractions of bustling heraklion moments away. just shut your door and it's quiet: nice rooms, good food, pleasant and helpful staff. why go elsewhere in heraklion ?

Hotel with a perfect location to visit the city, but a nightmare when Greeks are striking... In the middle of the mess, also so so clean. When taking a room, make sure you don't get a wall view, it can drive you crazy and I believe to get a not amazing, but a sky view - doesn't cost extra. Just... More
